"Sea View Villa" est une toute nouvelle résidence sophistiquée de 3 chambres avec des niveaux inégalés de style et de confort. La villa bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur la mer nichée entre les palmiers et se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Thong Nai Pan Yai. Thong Noi Pan Yai Beach est une belle plage de sable sur la côte nord idyllique de Koh Phangan.

La villa est moderne et spacieuse avec 320 mètres carrés de luxe pur répartis sur 2 niveaux. La villa dispose de trois chambres doubles, toutes dotées d'une salle de bains privative comprenant un lavabo double et une douche à effet pluie.

A l'étage, un espace ouvert comprenant une grande cuisine équipée, un coin repas et salon. Plus une grande chambre double avec salle de bains et balcon privé. Celles-ci s'ouvrent sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Thong Nai Pan Yai. En bas comprend 2 grandes chambres doubles avec salle de bains qui s'ouvrent également à de grands balcons et avec une vue fantastique sur la baie. Également à cet étage se trouve une buanderie avec un lave-linge et du matériel de repassage.

Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation et de ventilateurs de plafond. La villa est luxueusement meublée, avec des plafonds en bambou de style cathédrale, de grandes portes en verre pliantes, un sol en marbre et un mobilier sur mesure en teck foncé.

Notre gérant et propriétaire de la villa habite à 5 minutes de la villa et organisera toutes les activités que vous souhaitez, ainsi que votre transfert depuis et vers la villa.

Description des chambres

Chambre 1: Chambre double entièrement meublée avec salle de bains privative qui s'ouvre sur un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la baie.

Chambre 3: Chambre double entièrement meublée avec salle de bains privative qui s'ouvre sur un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la baie.

Toutes les suites comprennent un double évier en verre, une douche à eau chaude avec effet de pluie, une pomme de douche chromée à la main et un WC de style occidental.

La buanderie est équipée avec machine à laver et eau chaude

Cuisine: La villa est équipée d'une cuisine moderne avec des surfaces de travail en granit poli. Les appareils comprennent un grand réfrigérateur, des plaques de cuisson au gaz, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, un évier double et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de repas i. e. vaisselle, couverts, verres, etc ...

La table de salle à manger de 8 places est située pour offrir une vue ultime sur le solarium et le golfe de Thaïlande.

Le salon est meublé avec une suite confortable et un écran de télévision LCD 42 pouces avec satellite gratuit.

La villa est également équipée du wifi gratuit.

very pleasant stay. Warm welcome with wery helpfull people Maybe could have more dishes (salad bowl) The strainer was really not clean (we have to wash it twice in boiling water)

Hi Frederique. Thanks for your review and we are very happy you enjoyed your stay. We take on board your comments. Unfortunately we have had a few breakages over the summer so our stock of dishes had been reduced. We have now replaced these & have a fully stocked kitchen again. I would also like to point out that cleanliness is of upmost importance to us. On the day you arrived we had a very quick turn around, with guests departing and arriving literally a couple of hours apart. On this occasion one item was not cleaned completely, we apologise for this but would like to emphasise to others that this was only one item and the rest of the villa as always was completely 'spotless'. We have never previously had any complaints about cleanliness. Infact, all our previous guest reviews have praised the cleanliness of the villa. Thank you for pointing this out to us and we will try and improve upon the very high standards we set ourselves. Kind Regards Ian and Jason

Great Choice!

My husband and I along with 3 of our friends stayed here and we loved it. It was within walking distance of a gorgeous beach where you can get $10/hr massages. It's also near taxis, grocery, and restaurants. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyable stay

My husband and I stayed here with our 16 year old daughter for 16 nights, 28 June -14 July. Correspondence via email with Ian was clear and he responded very quickly. We were met at the ferry by Noos and driven to the house. The fee for the transfer was 1000 Thai baht which is exactly what we were told. It was very nice to be met at the ferry, particularly as the skies opened up and poured with rain. When we arrived, Jason was there to meet us to tell us about the house etc. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Very spacious and well designed to take in the wonderful views. The air con in the bedrooms worked really well and the floors helped to retain the coolness throughout the day when the air con was off. We didn't need air con in the living spaces as all the windows and doors open, providing cross through ventilation and the elevated nature of the house allows breezes to flow in. The house was thoroughly cleaned every 4 days, floors mopped, linen changed, beds made etc. A bonus for us was that the WIFI was great. Our daughter needed to do some VCE study on line and the wifi was fast and worked well. Noos made various bookings for us, including a trip to Angthong marine park, a local snorkelling trip and also assisted in hiring scooters. She was very helpful, checked in on us and gave advice when asked about restaurants etc. If I was to suggest anything at all, then perhaps a coffee pot would be a great thing to have at the house. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. It's a perfect location in the best part of Koh phangan. Not too touristy but still has the infrastructure needed to have a good time. And the house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back some time soon. Trudi

I can’t recommend this house to anyone

I am sorry to say it but it’s was disappointing over all experience. We had this place recommended to us by our friend who stayed there 4 years ago, but things didn’t go exactly the way that we hoped for: 1. Arranged pick from port – additional charge. 2. Final part of the road to get to the house is in very bad condition, if you planning to take a bike 3. Most of the evenings we cooked and stayed at leaving room, there is NO AC in it and it gets very hot and uncomfortable. 4. Lights in the house are very week, when we cooked we have to turn additional lights from phones in order to see what we are cooking. 5. “Cleaning” for additional charge includes only “cleaning bathrooms and changing bedsheets. When we left, we didn’t know it, so we left dishes after the breakfast. When we got back they were still in the sink! And it attracted (in hot no AC leaving room) a lot of flys. That surely didn’t make us happy. 6. Smell in the bathroom upstairs. This is really bad; it stinks especially in the evening. I bought air freshener, but it didn’t work. I said about it several times, and was told that we should not throw toilet paper in the toilet. It’s not a big deal, but if this is a problem we should know those things in advance. 7. Last day of our stay, we got back from the beach and everybody were showering and getting ready when we realized that water is finished. At that very moment was standing in the shower with conditioner in my hair. We contacted Jason and it was fixed in 30 minutes, but still it was something that you don’t want to deal with your last day. Although, we got very good deal on the house rent, taking everything under consideration, I can’t recommend this house to anyone.

Firstly before anybody believes this review please take time to read all our 5 star reviews. We have never received anything but praise in the past. This review is unfair and not a true reflection of the very high standards we set ourselves. These guests booked for 5 nights but they were so happy with the villa and location that they extended to 11 nights. It is not our usual way to 'rubbish' our guests but in this instance we will be honest. A few points will give the reader a picture of them. Since the guests departure we have found a large crack in the TV screen. This was not present before. 3 saucepans have also had to be thrown away as they were burnt. Not burnt before. The guests hired bikes from a local company which they damaged & refused to pay for. We had to intervene to resolve. There were complaints from locals about the rudeness of the guests to them. Due to time of year and last minute booking these guests had a discount. Response to other points: We charge all guests for a pick up from port. This is extra & not included in the price as explained upon booking. There is a 10m section of road that has not been resurfaced. This was regraded the day after guests arrived. They saw the road before they hired bikes & were happy. There is no AC in living room. We have bi-folding doors at the front of the villa which open onto the balcony. We have AC's in all bedrooms. (Never been an issue before) We change our light bulbs regularly as they do not last for long. We had a few 'blow' prior to their arrival & replaced them. If they had informed us we would have replaced. Cleaning is not an additional charge. We agreed with the guests that cleaning was cancelled to give more discount. They then asked for cleaners which we supplied at cost. Cleaning of crockery & cutlery is not covered. It is not covered by any villas We did advise not to put paper in the toilet but in the bin as it can cause blockages. This is common throughout Thailand. We cleared the next day. The water supply to the villa is rain supplied via a tank. There is no mains supply in the area. We use clean water from rain or truck. This is normal for the area. We ask that water is not wasted. We have rules for reasons. Please read our very positive 5 star reviews from previous guests. Jason is on call 24/7. Previous guests will confirm we are very helpful & quick to respond with absolutely anything. Above all we want our guests to have a great time for great value!

Schöne und ruhige Lage

Die Villa hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage und man bekommt vom Flair des Dschungels einen Eindruck. Mit einem 5 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man bei Geschäften, Restaurants und am Strand der meiner Meinung der schönste der Insel ist. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und entspricht voll der Beschribung und den gezeigten Bildern. Wer einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier absolut richtig.

Great Family Rental

We rented this house for a week in Aug 2017 and had a relaxing stay. The house its self is big, bright, clean; just a short walk from the town and beach. The Wifi very good; my husband was able to catch up with work and the kids could all watch online content on their iPads at the same time! The washing machine is really good, all 3 bedrooms are en-suite with AC and a fan. Even in August we didn't need the AC. Transfers from Thong Sala Pier are 1000 bht each way. Noos met us as we arrived and she look us to the Big C Supermarket so we could stock up on some supplies before heading to the villa. The transfer itself is about 30 minutes. Included in the rental rate is a mid-week clean, which includes fresh bed sheets and towels. The kitchen is well equipped and although we only ate breakfast in the villa. Thong Nai Pan Yai beach is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. This is an ideal rental for families or friends looking for a relaxing stay on Koh Phangan Thank you Ian, Jason and Noos for a lovely stay in your home.

Beautiful Villa close to best beach on Koh Phangan

Stayed for 5 days with wife and 3 kids in this very spacious and clean villa. All was as promised with a great view of the bay from the heights. Really only a 4 minute walk up from the shops on the 1 main street and easily doable on foot. If you do rent a vehicule, better to get a car as parts of the road are still dirt and is uneven. Internet and cable tv all worked fine, and Jason was most helpful with any questions we had or small problems to be taken care of since he lives close by and answered us right away. A/C worked great in the 3 bedrooms as well as fans and ventilators in the common areas. This part of the Thong Nai Pan beach is the better one as it is more authentic and has cheaper restaurants.Would easily recommend this place for families or groups up to 6 people. One piece of advice, stock up at the Super C supermarket in Thong Sala (arrival pier) if you intend on dining in a lot as the local 7/11 doesn't have that much of a choice of food for dinners. Also recommend H2O diving co for great diving out at Sail Rock. Super well organized and well run outfit!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren Anfang Februar für 13 Tage in diesem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Das gesamte Haus und auch die Schlafzimmer mit den Bädern sind sehr groß. Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Man hat seine absolute Ruhe, die Geräusche der Vögel am Morgen geben einem das Gefühl mitten im Urwald zu sein. Es hat alles prima funktioniert. Als eine Klimaanlage in einem der Zimmer war defekt war, kam am selben Abend ( 21 Uhr!) der Monteur und reparierte sie. Auch die Buchung, Bezahlung und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Der Weg zum Strand dauert höchstens 10 min. Zurück geht es bergauf etwas schwerer. Taschenlampen nicht vergessen, Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse über Palmen zur Bucht ist traumhaft. Im Dorf gibt es einen Seven Eleven Shop mit allem was man benötigt. Eine Unzahl von kleinen Restaurants und einige andere Geschäfte sind ebenfalls vor Ort. Man kann gut und preiswert Frühstücken und zu Abend essen. In Sue s Bäckerei kann man auch deutsche Küche bekommen. ( Wenn man will, sehr lecker). Der Betreiber, ein Deutscher, hat uns schöne Ausflüge vermittelt. ( Taxi um die Insel kennen zu lernen, Ausflug zum maritimen Nationalpark, Angeltour mit Einheimischen, Schnorcheln, usw.) Die Gegend an sich ist wunderschön, wandern strengt durch die Hitze aber auch an. Aber es ist ja Urlaub. Man sollte aber bei allem nicht vergessen das man in Thailand ist und nicht im supersauberen Deutschland. Also auch mal die Augen zudrücken, dann wird's ein super Urlaub. Also, wer gern etwas ruhiger lebt, und auch nur wenig englisch spricht, wird gut zurecht kommen. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht ( war nicht im Preis inbegriffen, aber preiswert). Das Haus wurde in unserer Zeit zweimal gereinigt und Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Zum Schluss noch ein Dankeschön an die Vermieter und die Fahrerin, die auch die Reinigung durchgeführt hat. Great place, great house and a great experience

We stayed at Jason's house with 6 people for 11 nights during christmas and new year and had an overall very nice experience! The house is spacious, very modern and with a beautiful view over the bay! The Wifi is working perfectly :) and its only a 5 min walk to the next beach. The only thing which could be improved are the lights in the bedrooms which are to weak to read a book or to see your clothes in the closet if it is already dark outside ;) However, we can highly recommend this house!! :D

Der Fußweg zur Villa ist schwierig, weil der Straßenzustand sehr schlecht ist. Für ältere oder gebrechliche bzw. körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen ist er nicht geeignet. Der Fußweg zum nahen Stand beträgt realistisch ca. 12 Minuten. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit kann man ihn nur sicher mit Taschenlampen gehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Jason und "Nuss" war sehr gut. Bei Notwendigkeit waren Sie jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem können wir auch einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren etwas mehr als 3 Wochen dort) in dieser Villa sehr empfehlen. Clean, big and beautiful

The house is really huge and beautiful, all is there, Wifi, Full HD with HBO channels, washing machine, 3 bedrooms (all Airco) with their own bathroom. Half way our week, the house was cleaned on a time we wanted and we got new towels and sheets, perfect service. The ride from the harbor to the house is quick due to a new road, 30 minutes, by car, Jason offered us to get us picked up or you can arrange something yourself. It is idd 5 minutes walking to a beautiful beach which has plentiful restaurants, the other beach can also be walked in 20 minutes, with has a more beautiful small village, but has less restaurants on the beach, so check out both beaches. This part of Ko Phangan is not too touristic, it is beautiful and relaxed, we came from Ko Tao and that was much more touristic and crowded than this paradise. Ian is very quick in his responses by email and very helpful, Jason who lives their fulltime is also very helpful, he booked for us a trip to Ang Thong, with a catamaran speed boat, which is the most beautiful trip in my live. Thx Ian, Jason, we loved it.

Great villa, highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Luxury villa, plenty of space, lovely living area/kitchen, huge bathrooms, clean and well-maintained, like new. Situated in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the main street and the beach. Great view. The owners were service-minded and helpful with whatever we needed, communication was superb both before and during our stay. The listing of this villa is accurate from my point of view. We (24 adults and 2 kids) stayed for 6 nights.

(one note to others, there were 4 adults and 2 kids that stayed, not 24 adults, we wouldn't want you to think we have the capacity for that many beds ;-))

Highly recommended

The house itself is huge, clean, well-maintained and located a 3-5 minute walk from a beautiful beach.The owner lives nearby, is very friendly and provides good services (pick-ups, taxi service, recommendations for food and things to do around the area). They even sent me my iPhone back home across the world, after I had accidently left it there during checkout.The restaurants in that area have great food, the beaches are superb and I would love to get back there as soon as possible.

Nice place!!

We have enjoyed on this delicious, clean and relaxed location! Everything on the website is listed (in terms of both text and photos) is in practice fully fulfilled. We built the villa from scratch. We chose this location as the area is pure paradise. Whilst all amenities are literally a 'stone's through' away, the villa location is tranquil surrounded by huge palm trees with fantastic views across the bay of Thong Nai Pan Yai
