Set within 550 m² of landscaped outdoor space, the villa boasts a private 48 m² swimming pool (1.40 m deep) with a dedicated children’s section (2 x 3 m, 0.50 m deep), a spa whirlpool (2 x 2 m, non-heated), a 330 m² lush lawn area, and a 4-seater Hot tub for serene relaxation. The pool terrace is thoughtfully appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, while an outdoor shower adds convenience and comfort.

Spanning 80 m², Thalmargia Villa III is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, space, and serenity throughout. The villa’s two elegantly appointed bedrooms accommodate four guests, while an additional sofa bed and folding bed in the living area provide space for two more, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a private, luxurious retreat. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 guests. Every corner of the villa is crafted to blend refined comfort with an airy, inviting layout, ensuring a seamless experience of relaxation and togetherness.
