Your reservation’s total amount includes VAT tax, final cleaning, and mid-stay cleaning for stays lasting more than 4 nights. The Barcelona city tax on stays in tourist establishments is not included in the price. The current rate is 6,05€ per person per night with a maximum charge of 7 nights. Children under 17 are excluded. Our top priority: the safety and well-being of our guests and staff! Our cleaning procedures comply with the new guidelines of local and international health authorities. Maintenance and cleaning service available if needed.

Apartments are SMOKE FREE. Fire detector alarm is installed in all the rooms of the building. Smoking is allowed in balcony and roof top terrace. LOCK the apartment doors when you are OUT. Our building is equipped with video surveillance and alarm devices located in common areas and in the access doors of each apartment. Some apartments have alarm connected to police operative only when apartment is not rented. Your privacy is guaranteed. It is mandatory to comply with the COVID-19 preventive measures in common areas. These measures will be duly published on the bulletin board of the building entrance hall. RESPECT the REST of the other guests and neighbors. PARTIES AND LOUD NOISE ARE NOT ALLOWED at any time. Be quiet when passing through the staircase and common areas. We have a reception for check ins, 24 hours assistance phone and night guard available in case of noise complaint. Please contact us if another guest does not respect your rest. In case of annoying behavior for the rest of the guests, the managers of the apartments have the right to ask them to leave the apartment without the right to any type of compensation and the loss of the deposit.
