Wilton House is a period Victorian property, ideally located in Wesbourne, between Bournemouth and Poole.

The spacious apartment with high ceilings is situated on the first floor and is appointed with a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space. Master bedroom with en-suite shower, second bedroom, family bathroom with shower over the bath.

The apartment has one allocated parking space and a communal garden.

The beach is a 15 min walk and a beach hut can be available - please enquire

Good neighborhood for restaurants & pubs

I was surprised to see the dining options and pubs in the area. It's a good jumping off point for Sandbank and the Bourne Beach.

Family trip

Great property, fab location. Great for families- loads of toys/books already at the flat, near good playgrounds, the beach, softplay. Very comfortable and just like the pictures.

Wonderful Wilton House

Our stay at Wilton House was our first time away from home since lock down so we were looking for a relaxing break by the seaside. From our first enquiry through to departure Victoria and Charlie were extremely attentive and the perfect hosts. The apartment was beautifully presented and the lovely high ceilings and bay windows gave the apartment a light and airy feel. We really appreciated the food package that was waiting for us upon arrival and the toys that were available were an added bonus. The beach was just a short walk away and we used the beach hut for a couple of days, which was great for our young son. We will certainly recommend Wilton House and we’re already planning our next visit for later in the summer!

A long weekend break

Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities and a generous welcome pack. The property is in a very convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants and buses. A short pleasant walk through the chine to the beach.

Wonderful Westbourne

A 10 Night Family Holiday at Wilton House,Westbourne Bournemouth. Met at Check-in time by Laurence who introduced us to Property and gave guidance on how to get out and about.We had a minor issue with a bathroom sink but swift communication with Wilton House team got that sorted very promptly. The property is situated away from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth Pier however great Bus connections from around the corner of property gets you to the Pier/Town within 15 mins or if you are agile a half hour walk.Quaint shops and Restaurants are within minutes walk as well as your usual Tesco/Mark's and Spencer Food Hall and Iceland are within 3 - 10 mins from Wilton House.The fabulous M1 Bus, gets you anywhere along the Coastline and is just around the corner from property.A hidden gem is Alum Chine Beach which is quieter than the main Bounemouth Pier and great for the kids,its preceeded by a lovely woodland walk directly there. Westbourne is a lovely area to relax/unwind and the Wilton House Team are easy to contact with any issues.

Great long weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made good use of the childrens toys and books and booked the beach hut for a day. Great facilities.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Lovely apartment in a great location. Had everything in there you would need. From cleaning products, tea/coffee/milk and even toys and games. Would highly recommend and stay again next time we’re down that way. Great communication from owner. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Great apartment in Bournemouth

Very well maintained, good bathrooms, furniture, kitchen etc. Very clean and description as per advert. 4 days with family including 3 year old girl. Extra toys & Amazon prime helped our daughter. Communications very clear and honest by hosts. Hosts posted back forgotten toy. Equipment / facilities excellent throughout, 3 TVs, 2 showers, only possible addition would be a dishwasher. Highly recommended.

Lovely period apartment

We had a great stay at Wilton House which is close to the local amenities of Westbourne and a 20 minute walk to the beach down Alum Chine. It is well appointed, comfortable and stylishly furnished. We made good use of the beach hut at Branksome as it was the hottest weekend of the year but on no day was it overcrowded or uncomfortable. Charlie and Victoria were on hand to answer any questions we had and we hope to return soon - thank you. Louise, Andrew & James

Super stay and fantastic accommodation!

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a handy toy box and lots of books to keep little ones entertained. The location was excellent and just around the corner from shops, pubs and restaurants. I would definitely love to stay here again.
