L'Esprit De La Vie est une villa superbement aménagée qui évoque le meilleur des deux mondes: l'élégance européenne combinée avec la vie intérieure / extérieure des Caraïbes. Ce domaine tentaculaire offre une vue fascinante sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre, terrasse et douche! (Bien que nous pensons que la vue est mieux appréciée en prenant un bain dans la piscine à débordement ou le bain à remous.) Chaque chambre comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative, des chambres climatisées et une télévision. Il y a une cuisine gastronomique et une table à manger formelle, mais pour les repas en plein air, il y a un barbecue et des sièges en plein air dans le magnifique patio du jardin, avec un étang à nénuphars et une cascade. L'équipe de conciergerie est accessible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7!

Perchée sur une colline surplombant la baie de Rendez-vous est une somptueuse villa d'inspiration européenne appelée L'Esprit De La Vie. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez des passerelles en pierre bordées de jardins tropicaux magnifiquement entretenus, des patios spacieux et une longue véranda couverte avec des arcades en pierre majestueuses. Il y a un mobilier confortable et des chaises longues pour se détendre dans la brise autour d'une boisson tropicale. La villa bénéficie d'une vue dégagée à 180 degrés sur la mer des Caraïbes et l'île de St. Croix.

La piscine à débordement en forme de croissant offre un siège rafraîchissant aux premières loges pour l'une des meilleures vues de l'île. La nuit, éteignez les lumières et soyez frappé d'étoiles!

Vous auriez du mal à trouver un espace plus élégant que la grande salle, avec son plafond cathédrale en bois, son lustre en fer et ses arcades en brique. Mais il a tout le confort de la maison, avec de nombreux coins de lecture et des sièges confortables pour regarder des DVD ou la télévision par satellite et profiter du système audio SONOS. Les grandes portes vitrées offrent une vue panoramique sur la mer et peuvent être ouvertes pour la vie intérieure / extérieure.

La vaste cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils haut de gamme promet de répondre à tous vos besoins culinaires. Si vous préférez embaucher un chef privé pendant votre séjour, St. John Concierge Service peut facilement organiser cela pour vous (voir ci-dessous). Il y a un bar pour le petit-déjeuner pour les repas décontractés et une grande table à manger pour les repas formels. Si vous aimez dîner en plein air, le patio du jardin a des sièges en plein air et un gril à gaz professionnel. Avec son aménagement paysager tropical, son étang de nénuphar bouillonnant et une cascade intégrée dans la colline rocheuse, le patio est vraiment un sanctuaire.

Les quatre chambres sont des suites parentales spacieuses de taille égale avec des lits king-size (dont deux à baldaquin) et une literie de luxe. Elles comprennent une vue sur l'océan, une salle de bains privative avec double vasque et de grandes douches à l'italienne, une télévision par satellite, un lecteur DVD et un climatiseur. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse sur place pour votre commodité.

AMAZING

Fantastic Stay at this property! We had a group of friends gather for a birthday celebration and the house and hosts were so accommodating! The house and pool was amazing. The hosts helped with setting up transportation, and groceries throughout our stay and checked in on us via text/email from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed! Amazing. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time in St John! The rental was exactly as described and it worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The amenities were great and the views from the pool were spectacular. Drew and Allison were great to work with. They were very helpful and always just a phone call away. We would highly recommend this location for others and plan to come back in the future!

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was enough to just be still and relax. You didn't need to go anywhere. Drew was great with providing information with local things to see, jeep rentals, restaurants, and the house had everything you needed like beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, floats, etc. The vegetation, and creatures that lived on the premises were so beautiful and really added to the vibe of the house.

We enjoyed the privacy that the separate bedrooms provided, the serenity of the pool, the peace and quiet of the location, and the beauty of our natural surroundings. Drew was amazingly attentive and quick to act on both questions prior to our arrival as well as any needs once we arrived. He even knew when our flight had landed and called to check in to make sure we were in good shape. He definitely made things easy! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Overall great experience. The property could use new glasses and dishes as they are getting pretty worn. Layout of the villa was perfect for my family group of 4 adults, 2 teens, one child and an almost 2 year old. View is amazing and location is convenient to get wherever we needed to go. Drew, the property manager, was great to work with and made the trip that much better. He helped with all the logistics of getting there, rental vehicles, snorkeling gear, restaurant reservations and recommendations, and the logistics of getting out when leaving. Drew was always available and responsive and helpful.

Great views and great set up for 4 couples

We had the pleasure of staying 9 nights in this villa. The set up is great with a centrally located living area and bedrooms privately situated on the ends of the upper and lower level. The den kitchen area is large and the 6 of us had plenty of space to move around without bumping into one another. Each bathroom window overlooked the amazing ocean view. The pool and Hottub also overlook the ocean and are situated perfectly to soak while watching the sunset. We liked the location as it was close to town, but also close to 104 if you wish to jump over to coral bay. Drew the house manager is very easy to work with while going through the rental process as well as during our stay. It’s amazing the house fared so well during the hurricanes. We drove by several villas we’ve rented in the past and most were heavily damaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Drew or rent this villa again in the future.

Favorite home in STJ!

This has been our second stay at this home. We absolutely love it and will be returning, again! Everything is always so easy and flawless… we’ve used Drew several times from houses, jeep rentals, boat trips, restaurant suggestions and so many more things im probably forgetting! We’ve been visiting STJ for the last 10 years, this is the first time we’ve stayed at a house twice as we enjoy different parts of the island, experiences and just trying something new! This is our favorite house!!! The view alone is worth its weight in gold. All of the bedrooms & bathrooms are very spacious and well equipped. There are 3 areas for outdoor dining and lounging, which were well used. Great pool for the kids and it’s safe (elderly parents) for everyone to get around. We always do a few large dinners with a chef and or we cook and our friends that travel with us, we all fit well and are comfortable. I’m super excited to book this home for next year and our third trip. The jeep we rented from him also, seemed brand new but when asking if it was new, we actually learned it was a year old, so I was impressed how clean it was and how well taken care of. They picked us up from the ferry, took us home and all of our groceries were put away. Theres nothing that makes my kids happier than a full fridge of food from home (and cold beverages ready for parents)! Highly highly recommend Drew & his company. He’s funny, prompt, professional and has great communication, his houses are amazing!! 11/10

“Multimillion Dollar” Fixer-Upper - In need of repairs, new appliances and new property mgmt

This is the first time we’ve written a negative review after years of using VRBO for our vacation rentals. Unfortunately, the home was misrepresented so we felt it necessary to share our experience. When we arrived, we were informed that the Jacuzzi spa was and had been inoperable for some time. We were also informed the ice-maker wasn’t functioning, however they did provide 1 bag of ice. The host pointed out a damaged screen door (unsuccessfully repaired with duct tape) and told us to be careful to not cause further damage to it. During our stay, we discovered many, many more (undisclosed) issues, including: 1/ Broken dishwasher: The wheels & brackets on the upper rack were broken, which caused the rack to fall to the ground when we placed fragile dishware on it. Fortunately, my wife caught the falling rack and we didn’t have to deal with broken glasses. A few days later, the dishwasher stopped operating completely, at which point mgmt replaced it. 2/ Broken fridge: The fridge leaked water onto the floor around it, creating a slipping hazard. Additionally, the freezer didn’t keep items frozen. 3/ Broken glass door: The downstairs bedroom’s glass door was cracked with spider fractures that stretched the width of it. This is a safety hazard. 4/ Broken window: The primary bathroom window could not be closed due to broken & rusted brackets, letting mosquitoes/bugs in. 5/ Non-working pool lights, which is a safety hazard for night swimming. We decided to relocate to another home due to these undisclosed issues. Bret, our concierge, offered to refund us for the remainder of our stay, but stipulated reimbursement would be BY PERSONAL CHECK ONLY. Our request to be reimbursed via an immediate credit on the card used or PayPal/Venmo was rejected, which made us question whether the check would clear. We made a point to leave the home in immaculate condition - washing/folding towels, stripping the beds, and emptying the dishwasher in an effort to help housekeeping. We’d vacated the home well before 10 AM, but didn’t pull out of the driveway until 10:09 AM because we needed to reinstall our JEEP’s removable roof. We were notified minutes later that, because we’d been in the DRIVEWAY at 10 AM, the refund offer was void. It appears mgmt staked out the property – quite the check-out experience. Stay away from this host until repairs are completed, and the house is restored to the “million dollar” condition depicted here.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our group of adult couples to hang out. We of course enjoyed the island but also loved our time at the house with the pool, well appointed kitchen, indoor and outdoor living areas. A week in paradise!

Our family chose Point Rendezvous in STJ to celebrate several milestones including our daughter’s 30th birthday and we can’t wait to return next December! The villa is spectacular and is perfect for adults traveling together, as it has 4 separate master suites and a large common area with plenty of seating. Our favorite place to gather was on the covered porch with views too beautiful to describe! Our host, Drew, was terrific and helpful since this was our first visit to the island. He arranged for a boat charter, for snorkeling gear to be delivered, recommended eateries, and even located a chef to prepare a special dinner. As you can tell, our experience at Point Rendezvous was beyond perfect and our next visit will be too!

Christmas Holiday

Had an outstanding time. House and view were exceptional. Commuting into Cruz Bay was relatively easy and quick. Drew, our property manager, was very helpful, courteous, and timely in his responses. Would definitely consider coming back here for future visits and would highly recommend the property to others. We have stayed in other residences several times over the past few years and this ranks as one of the best.

Drew; our contact/ concierge, made a huge difference compared to other houses

We enjoyed our stay soo much, we’re surprised we didn’t have this support before. House - impeccable, view best of all and service - more than we needed. We’ve been in St. John’s more than 12 times; this beats it. Being on an island where you know no one,, it it’s a premium yo have 24/7 assistance with any problem, or wish you may have. L’Esprit was a wonderful experience!! Loved the view, facilites and assistance; jeep rentals, paddle boards, fishing outing!!! It felt like home!! Never will ho at it by ourselves!!! Great experience

Gorgeous!

This home is magnificent! The four master suites, all accessed from the veranda and pool deck, were fabulous and comfortable. The veranda is so nice to be able to sit outside, talk, read, or just enjoy the view. We all would recommend this home for a fabulous vacation rental.

Fantastic stay!

Drew the rental manager was fantastic. He was very responsive and always willing to help. Can't do better than Drew. House was great, with fantastic views. Would love to return.

Awesome family vacation

Our family of 5 stayed here the week after Christmas and had an awesome time. Everything is as listed. Drew, the concierge, is the best i have ever encountered. He stayed in constant contact with us and was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Previously we have stayed on the East End and this time we really enjoyed being closer to town. The house sits just above Southside road and even though there is not a lot traffic, there is more road noise than we expected. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I’m the owner of St. John Concierge Service and I'm here to help answer any questions you may have about the villa, or St. John in general. As your full time Concierge, I pride myself in making sure you have the most memorable vacation possible. My goal is to streamline the reservation process by keeping everything in-house. Once we confirm your reservation, I'll reach out to see if you’d like assistance. This could include picking you up from the Cruz Bay ferry dock, organizing private van and water taxis, Jeep rentals, dinner reservations, massage therapists, helicopter rides, kayaking tours, private chefs, delivering snorkel gear and stand-up paddle boards...the list goes on and on! Our small, family-built concierge service has been on island for 12 years. Needless to say, I know all of the hot spots, hidden beaches and hiking trails to keep you entertained during your stay! There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES for our services. In fact, we can generally save you money.
