This detached cottage rests in Axton near Trelawynd and can sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms.
Arosfa is a detached property resting within Axton near Trelawynd. It comes with eight bedrooms comprising of five double bedrooms, a king-size bedroom and two twins, together sleeping up to sixteen people and served by a ground-floor shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a kitchen/utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you will find a gym and there is a patio area with hot tub, a fire pit and furniture. Arosfa is a superb base for exploring this corner of Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric AGA, wine cooler, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x oven, TV and WiFi. Pool table and ping pong table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking and double garage space. Patio area with hot tub, fire pit and furniture. Enclosed garden.Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 0.7 miles, shop within 1.3 miles. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £500. Within the village itself you will find two pubs serving food, as well as a shop for picking up the essentials. Within the surrounding area you will find a number of walks including Gop Hill, the North Wales Pilgrim’s Way, Offa’s Dyke, the Clwydian Way and Allt Y Craig, each boasting breath-taking views.
