Kim Noble is a TV Producer in advertising who lives in Greenwich, CT. She enjoys pickle ball, sailing and the arts. She has taken over the hosting duties from her Mom, an original owner of the condo.

Please note that this is our own home, we do not just use it for rentals and it is newly furnished including large flat screen TV, couches, refrigerator, dishwasher and patio furniture. We also provide cable & WiFi. Our home is fully equipped for housekeeping and we provide linens and pay for cleaning before you arrive and after you leave. We have huge windows in every room and this is a corner unit. The entire wall of the living room is a series of glass sliders leading to a balcony. The glass wraps around and the entire wall of the dining room is also a series of glass sliders going to a second balcony. We overlook the gardens and the pool and are on the fourth floor so we have lovely views and you can see the Sarasota skyline in the distance. Our heated pool has a large pavilion adjacent to it which is covered and furnished with tables and chars. There is also a gas grill there to cook out. We are just a few steps away from Siesta Beach, rated the best beach in America. It is a very wide each with fine white sand and you can walk for miles including up to Siesta Village and down to areas for shelling and snorkeling. There is a picnic area at the beach, as well as rest rooms, a snack bar and a resort shop. The beach is wonderful for swimming and has crystal clear light blue water. Children of all ages love it and so will you!
