Villa Ruya, stunning sea views

Villa Ruya is a spacious villa situated between the Mediterranean and the Toros mountains. It has four floors and a fantastic swimming pool with separate children's pool. The large terrace is great for relaxing and al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and offering superb sea views. All bedrooms have access to a balcony with fantastic views either of the Mediterranean or the mountains.

The villa has marble floors throughout and air conditioning in every bedroom. The lounge area is kept cool by ceiling fans (no aircon on this floor). The large ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/lounge leading to a wide terrace running the full length of the villa. On the terrace there is a separate dining area with barbecue and a relaxing sitting area. There is a constant slight sea breeze which is very welcome on the hot summer days. There is a downstairs toilet/utility.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with en suite, and a spacious double bedroom. These share a balcony at the front of the villa with a fantastic sea view. The third bedroom on this floor has its own balcony with views of the magnificent Toros mountains.

The second floor has two generous double/twin bedrooms and a large bathroom. These share a balcony at the front of the villa with a stunning sea view. All balconies have table and chairs to relax and enjoy the surrounding superb views. The spacious basement has been converted to a games room with darts, table tennis, pool table, table football and selection of games and toys to suit all ages.

Perfect for large families and groups wanting a place to 'get away from it all' in a beautiful private villa without being isolated.

All linen and towels(indoor used only) are provided in the villa. For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change, full clean mid way.

The villa is fully alarmed, outside surveillance camera system and smoke alarms fitted in all rooms.

The large sun terrace surrounding the pool is well equipped with sun loungers and cushions, side tables and parasols.

The main pool is 1.70 metres in depth and about 10 by 4 metres in lenght with steps/ladder at each end.The shallow children pool is about 1.5m by 4m

Fixed BBQ on the terrace and private parking inside the garden.

Quiet, stunning scenery, large pool and plenty of terraces and sunbeds to just sit and relax or enjoy a barbecue and watch the stunning Mediterranean view or sunsets.

The unspoilt village of Ciftlik is perfect for relaxing holiday and most residents are locals. The villa is only minutes away from great beaches and a short distance to the popular resorts of Calıs and Fethiye.

Nearest supermarket (Melisa Market) on the main village road, about 10 minutes by foot (uphill on the way back). They do home deliveries. Several small supermarkets along the same road.
Plenty of local eateries and takeaways around the supermarket, many also deliver. There is a local market every Thursday selling all şort of seasonal vegetables and fruits.

Calıs is about 15 minutes drive. Long beach, plenty of bars and restaurants.
Nearest beach about 10 minutes drive. Numerous beaches close by.

Bus stop is about 5 mins walk, runs every 2 hours to Fethiye. Dolmus stop about 10 minutes walk. Runs every half hour to Fethiye. Journey time 25-30 minutes.
