Our linens and towels are professionally laundered between guests and all bedding is fitted with hotel quality sheets and pillow cases, and we regularly inspect the property to ensure it is presented to a high standard. As with many properties in established residential buildings, the common areas are managed separately from our apartment and are outside of our control. However, we always strive to ensure the apartment itself is welcoming, clean, and accurately represented in our listing photos. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The windows are all functioning as they should, a few were a bit stiff but our maintenance has oiled them. The washer/dryers here do take a few hours to run and are not as quick as the ones in the US. The machine itself is quite new and a wash and dry cycle runs in about 3 hours. There are different settings to run the dryer for longer also if needed.
