Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway! Super close to the swans, Greers Ferry Dam, and the quaint downtown area. The owner was wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place and great fish

Loves staying here. The dock and amenities were fantastic for our family. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and in the water. Cleaning station was a huge plus. Will be returning !

We enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. The setting was beautiful and serene. It was comfortable and roomy. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place on the river

This house had everything you need. Excellent location close to Heber Springs, and right on the river. Fishing was a little slow this weekend, but the kayaking was excellent. A great place for a family and a couple extra friends. The house was well stocked with everything you could need.

Summer escape

We loved our stay. The river is beautiful and the fog rolls in at night. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor area make this a wonderful retreat. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice by the river

Fly fishing was a bust because of dam power generation each day, but enjoyed dock in the river. House was clean with a great view!

Outstanding views on the Little Red River

Checking in was a breeze! Dawn provided timely information and let us know about some local goings-on (fireworks show) that we probably would have missed. The property was nice. Between the moviessnd games inside and the dock outside (and everything in between) there were plenty of things to do. This made for a great base to do some fishing and explore that part of Arkansas.

Relaxing family fishing fun!

We took a family weekend getaway-we’ve stayed here before - it was just as fun! The kiddos enjoyed all the games- darts, foosball. We had a spectacular time fishing- the water was low- the dock was perfect to drop our kayaks in. We had everything we needed in the house- comfy beds, clean, kitchen well stocked! We can’t wait to plan another trip! Thanks again for a perfect weekend away!

Lovely place

We loved our stay here. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings! Dawn was great to always reply when I had questions. The only downside was that the living room furniture is dated and not very comfortable. Also the washing machine was out of order.

Beautiful River Location

The property is wonderful. Back yard landscaping is so great and their is plenty to do. The water is swift here when they are producing power so keep that in mind is you are thinking of kayaking or swimming. The bed was very comfortable and the house has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of movies and games for those rainy days also. It is very quiet here so you can relax and unwind.

The property was in a quiet place. There was few problems ants on the kitchen counter. Property needed cleaning up outside. But it was quite and in a great location. Thanks for letting us stay.

River Run

This property is spacious, very clean and well appointed! Dawn was very responsive and gracious in answering any questions. The view of the river is perfect and the dock is perfect to throw a fishing lure. The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. We felt safe and welcome. The house is kid friendly with lots of room to play inside and outside. We are planning to try and book this fall. This is like a home away from home.

Relaxing rainy weekend

We had no real plans. I had to be in Heber for work so I extended the stay and moved over to this location on the river. The intention was to fish but because of the rain I spent most of Saturday on the back sun room reading a book. I loved that room! Best rainy weekend! And we did manage to snag a few rainbows before the rain.

Wayne and I moved to Heber Springs from the Chicago area 20 years ago to raise our son in a better environment. We have loved living here with its natural beauty, quiet town and all this great lake and river have to offer!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It is fully furnished, with a private dock that you can fish right off, a separate walk in access point. Fire pit, waterfall feature in the back yard, nice deck to grill on- either gas or charcoal. A great place to view Mother Nature at its best!
