Good communication and nice people but very old fashioned place, plastic floor does not look that clean...and the floor is cracking like hell. Besides that there was not much to do the cookIng (5 forks and knifes, 4 spoons...) Finally there was huge parties around us and we could not sleep on Saturday night Was inexpensive... but good reasons for that (and you have to pay for a parking nearby because you can not park in the street)
