Pop into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for a plethora of dining options, galleries and boutique shops or hop onto Highway One for a scenic drive to Big Sur or north to Santa Cruz or the San Francisco Bay area. Just over one mile to the beach at the bottom of Ocean Avenue and only .6 Mile to Carmel Plaza or Devendorf Park for the weekly Farmer's Market.

This adorable bungalow has just undergone a face lift and you can be among the first to enjoy the new flooring, fresh paint, all new appliances and furnishings. Monthly and long term rentals of 12+ months are possible.

Living Space
Two clean-lined sofas are positioned near the large flat screen TV which is mounted over the gas fireplace.
A large wall of windows brings in an abundance of natural light and a view of the private, grassy front yard space.
The dining table is perfect for four - whether dining, chatting over coffee or playing games.

Kitchen
New stainless steel appliances grace this refreshed kitchen which is equipped for enjoying home cooked meals. Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher. There is a large window over the sink that looks out into the trees.
A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Bedroom #1 has a low profile king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #2 has a low profile queen bed.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Covered carport parking for one vehicle and one more vehicle can park tandem in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are also possible - long term rentals of 12+ months are offered at $5,200 per month, a $5,200 deposit and tenants are responsible for all utilities.
