This gracious two-storey terrace house is stylish, spacious and boasts stunning cityscape views. In addition to the fabulous views, this premium property is located an easy 600 metre stroll from the Darby St dining precinct and the CBD, and a 15 minute walk from Newcastle’s stunning beaches. It includes contemporary furnishings and all the necessities and extras to ensure a fabulous stay!
Situated close to several bustling dining and retail precincts, the vibrant CBD and of course Newcastle’s stunning beaches, this property boasts views across our amazing coastal city from the kitchen, master bedroom and balconies.
Ensuring a luxurious getaway, this property also includes everything you could possibly require to make your stay relaxed and hassle free including but not restricted to:
- Space for nine guests across four bedrooms (one curtained-off bedroom) - three queen beds and one triple bunk bed (double bottom and single top). The triple bunk bed has a retractable curtain to close off the space for privacy, perfect for additional guests!
- Large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with beautiful vistas
- French doors lead onto a large balcony with fabulous views and the perfect aspect to watch the sun set with drink in hand – or even a sunrise if you are so inclined
- A fully stocked kitchen with gas oven and stove, brand new microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses and condiments to prepare your own meals
- Second living space downstairs with its own brand new Ultra HD 4K 65-inch Smart TV.
- Three televisions throughout the property, with free to air channels and a Chromecast (on both upstairs TV's) set up to allow users to play online content such as videos and music
- Three bedrooms with crisp linen including fresh bath towels for your stay
- Contemporary and super-comfortable furnishings, stylish rugs, cushions and artwork

If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
