Step outside onto the spacious deck and soak in breathtaking views. Enjoy outdoor dining, ideal for al fresco dining while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Inside, a media room is equipped with a TV and sound system, providing the ultimate entertainment for indoor days.
Meticulously designed with modern comforts, smart features and fully-fenced for added security. An inviting master bedroom awaits, offering gorgeous views, deck access, and ensuite bathroom for a private retreat for two. Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one room with a long double bed ensure ample space for rest and relaxation. There are two bathrooms, including ensuite, plus an additional WC for maximum convenience.
Stay cosy year-round with amenities like a heat pump, electric fire heater in the open-plan living for ambience, and Starlink WiFi for seamless connectivity. A separate laundry area complete with a dryer and washing machine adds convenience.
Situated just over 90 minutes north of Auckland, Hakaru is situated close to the summer hotspot of Mangawhai, only 10 minutes drive to Mangawhai Village with all of it's amenities and beaches within reach, close to Hakaru RSA and Pony Club or 5 minutes to Kaiwaka. Additionally only a 20-minute drive from Mangawhai Heads beach and Surf Club, Mangawhai Cliff Walk.
Further afield, you're situated only 30-40 minutes from the shores of Langs Beach, Waipu Cove, and Te Arai, among many other beaches to explore. Positioned 20 and 30km from two world-class golf courses, Te Arai Links and Tara Iti are a haven for avid golfers.
