The Dreamy Dripping Springs Resort is a spacious vacation rental property nestled on three acres in Dripping Springs, Texas. You’ll enjoy a backyard oasis (with a sparkling pool, hot tub, corn hole, and turf bocce ball court), a game room (with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and 2 Queen Sofa Beds), indoor sports court (air conditioned with full size pickle ball and basketball court), fire pit, and beautiful views of the surrounding hill-country and vineyards!


RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES

The outdoor amenities of this property include a spacious covered back patio (with BBQ grill, green egg, mini fridge, and TV), hanging chairs and outdoor seating, 44’ x 15’ swimming pool*, hot tub, sun loungers, corn hole, and a poolside turf bocce ball court. The air conditioned entertainment barn houses an indoor sports court (with full-size pickle ball and basketball court). The game room, just off the kitchen and through the laundry room, features a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and 2 Queen Sofa Beds. A fire pit is located next to the house.

Also inside the main home, enjoy vaulted ceilings with Douglas fir beams, natural oaks floors, and large windows letting in plenty of natural light. The spa-like bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and the beds made up with high-quality linens.

*The pool can be heated to 85 degrees at an additional charge of $300 for the first day and $150 each additional day (plus tax).

THE HOME

The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining large groups. Curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV while home chefs enjoy the gourmet kitchen’s top-of-the-line Subzero, Wolf and KitchenAid appliances and ample counter space. The house is well stocked with cooking basics such as coffee essentials, pots and pans, etc. The dining table offers seating for 8 and 3 bar stools are placed around the kitchen island. An additional dining table is located on the back patio.

BEDROOMS

All bedrooms in this property feature a flat screen TV.

In the main floor’s right wing, Bedroom 1 is fitted with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a spacious closet with several small vanity stations set-up (see gallery). Bedroom 2 (with a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed) and a guest bathroom are also located here.

The main floor’s left wing houses Bedroom 3 (with 2 Queen Beds), which continues on to offer another guest bathroom and access to Bedroom 4 (with a King Bed), as well as the Game Room (with 2 Queen Sofa Beds).

Upstairs, Bedroom 5 (with a King Bed and ensuite bathroom) are to the far left. Bedroom 6 (with 2 Queen Beds) in in the center. Bedroom 7 (with a King Bed and Ensuite Bathroom) are to the far right.

THINGS TO NOTE

1) While we love when our guests celebrate special occasions, this property does not operate as a venue and we do not permit events. This is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.

4) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees at an additional charge of $300 for the first day and $150 each additional day (plus tax).

5) SOME cell service providers can have spotty service in the hill country. However, we do have wifi in place at the property to provide ALL cell providers regular phone service via wifi calling. Guest needs to make sure they are connected to either the house internet network or the party barn internet network if they find their particular service provider service is not working. This should clear any issues.
