Business Bay is an ideal place for busy travelers who like to be accessible to all hotspots of Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai International Financial Center.
Our guests also enjoy great connectivity from there to almost all parts of the city as it is located on one of the busiest roads of Dubai that is Sheikh Zayed Road. It has good underground train connectivity also taxis are readily available at any time.
High-end restaurants, cafes, shops, and more surround you. You can also easily access the Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. The metro station is only a few minutes' walks away. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (20min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (40 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
