The Space:
Welcome to “El Nido” your seaside sanctuary - where every moment is infused with the beauty and relaxation of coastal living.

Upon entry walking down the hall to the left, there is a lovely sitting room with a lot of light through the large windows and a basket of books for your reading pleasure.
Venture further down the hall and you will come to the separate dining room with seating for eight people, again with glorious views of the surrounding coastline. Opposite the dining room is a sleek modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, nutribullet, pantry and lots more.

In the large open plan area, there is a round table and chairs perfect for breakfast gatherings by the kitchen. The lounge/family area consists of comfortable lounge chairs, a TV and beautiful large windows to take in the views of the hills beyond. You will also find a few children’s toys and games. Step outside the glass sliding door to the timber deck and breathe in the salty air as you fire up the BBQ immersing yourself in the views extending to Encounter Bay.

The master Bedroom one consists of a queen bed, ceiling fan, a walk-through wardrobe along with an ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, a mirror and a built-in robe.
Bedroom three includes a tri-bunk (double on bottom and single on top) with a built-in robe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity and toilet.
The Laundry provides a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and access to a side yard from the staircase.

Outside, discover a spacious backyard, under carport parking, and a generous driveway accommodating several cars or a car and a boat. The garage and studio is not available for guest use.
