Newly renovated home in the heart of Niagara Falls, Ontario ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2-storey home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This newly renovated home comes with brand new appliances, three comfortable queen size beds, two bathrooms, cozy living room, free wifi, washer/dryer and breakfast area.

The living room is equipped with a 75’ smartTV to allow you to stream your favourite shows and movies VIA Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube.

This modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, cups, and plates to suit your needs.

Our house is license duplex with two private units. It features separate entrances. To access the main unit for your stay you will find the entrance at the front of the house and enter in with the key lock. Guests will have 2 free parking spaces available.

The basement is not available as it is tenanted. As this is a duplex there is some potential noise from the other unit. We ask that our tenants and guests be respectful of each other in regards to noise levels.

⚠️ Please read house rules before booking your stay ⚠️

1. No parties or events (The maximum property capacity is 6 people). The host has the right to refuse the guest's further stay because of a serious nuisance/noise.

2. No Smoking - This also includes cannibis and other illicit drugs.

3. No pets allowed due to allergy reasons.

4. There is security camera outside the front entrance. The host has the right to ask the guest to pay extra fee or refuse guest to continue staying if the actual number of people exceeded the reservation‘s number.

Any violation will be asked to leave and will result in a fine of $1000 along with immediate eviction with no refund.
