The Space:

The original Moroccan style of this property encourages an array of impressive amenities and decor that maintains the traditional bones of the house but with a modern twist. The interior is equally as remarkable as the exterior with a meandering floorplan that leads guests into their individual oasis with a deluxe common area in the center. This home is truly magnificent and clients wishing to stay in this villa are in for a real treat.



The exterior takes advantage of its prime positioning by highlighting Simpson Bay with an oval infinity heated pool acting as the stage for the view and a rectangular pool next to it; why have one pool when there could be two? A separate set of stepping stones, leading from the driveway, extends to an outdoor kitchen that is situated next to the rectangular pool. The outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, a breakfast bar and a dining table beneath a dome structure acting as a culinary cocoon from the sun. Adjacent to this structure is a hidden alcove for reading a book or sparking conversation among friends. A concealed flight of steps, between the pools, leads visitors to a viewing area in which they can observe the sunset while sipping champagne. The additional outdoor dining table is located closer to the home, suited for cooking a casual meal or perhaps hiring a private chef to further embrace the scenery. Completing the outdoor amenities is a private gym positioned alongside the rectangular pool, offering guests a dedicated space to maintain their wellness routine without ever leaving the villa.



The interior structure of the home is just as enchanting by attracting guests in with the high ceilings and the seamless flow from room to room. As clients enter, there is a glass door entrance that attends to the substantial living space. This room includes comfortable sofas and a large TV, along with speakers, ideal for listening to music while remaining out of the sun for an air-conditioned experience. The kitchen is set to the right of the living room through an arched entryway. The L-shaped kitchen is accompanied by a central island, an induction stove, glass cupboards and even a pantry for storing food. Directly in front of the kitchen, is a beautiful wooden dining table with a carved mandala shape in the center, lit up by a contemporary lighting fixture for savoring a wonderful dinner.



The three bedrooms of the main villa stem from the heart of the home, with one room having an exterior entrance and the other two attached to the villa itself. The rooms feature king-size beds, spectacular en-suites, and an individual outdoor terrace with spacious closets to store clothes in. The primary bedroom has interior and exterior access with a vast ensuite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi with a view. All of the bedrooms include comfortable seating to unwind in the cosy atmosphere. The second bedroom is attached to the left of the living space and includes the main king-size bed with a niche set of bunkbeds for accommodating additional children in the home (for further details on this, contact us, because this five-bedroom home could be adapted for 4 additional children). This bedroom also includes a private outdoor oasis with an arch of leaves around it. Lastly, the third bedroom is accessed through its exterior entrance near the front. By walking in, clients are faced with a mini set of stairs to the right, acting as an additional mezzanine for children. Continuing further will reveal a low-laying bed with spectacular tall ceilings and an additional indoor and outdoor shower to fulfil the natural sense of this villa.



The newly added second wing introduces two additional bedrooms, each offering the same level of luxury and privacy that defines La Vue Folle. Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Other Things to Note:

*We are pleased to share that two stunning new bedrooms are currently being added to Villa La Vue Folle, transforming it into a 5-bedroom villa. Construction is underway and is expected to be completed by mid-December 2026. Some of the images include architectural renderings of the new wing, including the new bedrooms, offering a preview of the finished design and style. In addition, a private gym is being constructed adjacent to the second pool, further enhancing the villa's amenities. Professional photography of these new spaces will be added as soon as construction is completed and official images become available.

*This 5-bedroom villa offers flexible bedroom configurations to suit your group's needs. You are currently viewing the 3-bedroom option. When rented as a 3-bedroom villa, guests enjoy exclusive access to the main villa, which includes three bedrooms. Bedrooms 4 and 5, located in a separate wing on the far side of the property, will remain closed. All other areas of the villa, including the outdoor living spaces and amenities, remain exclusively for your private use, ensuring complete privacy and enjoyment throughout your stay.

* This 3-bedroom configuration accommodates up to 6 guests as standard. It is possible to host up to 4 additional children. The children can be accommodated in the bunk room connected to Bedroom 2 and on the mezzanine in Bedroom 3. Additional baby (0–2 years): free of charge. Additional child (2–16 years): $100 per child, per night (plus 10% tax and service fee). If you are traveling with more than 6 guests, please reach out to us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.

* The caretaker resides on-site in a separate cottage. The cottage is completely independent from the villa.

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Only the pool in front of the living room. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.
