Ideally located opposite Surfers Paradise Beach and a 10-minute stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops lining Cavill Avenue, this modern stay provides comfortable, light-filled living at the heart of the action. Make use of WiFi, laundry facilities and secure parking, plus a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals to enjoy on your private balcony while soaking up ocean views. For a refreshing dip, you’ll have a choice of the beach or a shared pool complete with sun loungers.
Please note the complex is for sale and a sign has been placed in front of the apartment, partially obstructing the ocean view until further notice. A photo has been attached to the listing for full transparency.

An open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming space to relax and socialise, complete with air conditioning in the kitchen/dining area to keep things cool. Head home from the beach and prepare lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything needed for carefree cooking, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
Enjoy laidback meals at the breakfast bar or dine at the four-seater table, before settling in on the comfy sofa and armchairs with some Netflix or a book. Floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living space allows natural light to pour in and offers stunning views overlooking the beach, with doors opening out to the private balcony. Here, a cosy two-seater provides the perfect setting for a glass of wine at sunset, or an alfresco coffee while you soak up the morning sun and cooling ocean breezes.
Two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep four guests, with both rooms offering queen-size beds, ceiling fans, tower fans for added comfort, and air conditioning in the main bedroom. The neatly presented bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Guests can also make use of the building’s shared pool area, complete with sun loungers, and there are beach towels, two camping chairs, and a small beach tent provided with your stay.
A free parking spot is provided onsite for one small car.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
