Plenitude Villa’s majestic Villa Golf Course is in Reunion Resort in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than few minutes away from Walt Disney World and its attractions. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.
This amazing Villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to sixteen guests with six bedrooms and five bathrooms and is the very definition of luxurious living while on vacation.
The beautiful Reunion Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida and one of the closest properties Plenitude Villas has to Walt Disney World.The Golf course house sits right on the Reunion resort golf course and offers spectacular golf course views. It is the perfect getaway for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. This spacious 4312 sq ft, 3-story layout provides an open plan living. The house features LED lights throughout.
This luxury house is located only minutes to Disney World and all the them park attractions in the Orlando area. The main house has 5 bedrooms (3 king beds, 1 a full-over-full bunk bed +twin trundle, and 1 full-over-twin-over queen bed) and 5 baths. The guest house has 1 bedroom (queen) and 1 bath and its own private entrance, which guarantees guest privacy and comfort. The first floor bathroom is in the main house. Upstairs, there are 3 walk in shower bathrooms and 3 bathtub bathrooms. The 7th half-bath is on the pool deck.
The house features elegant furnishings, arcade games, a private heated pool and spa, pool table, BBQ grill, spacious bedrooms with breadth taking views of the Reunion golf course, and so much more. The kitchen has a big kitchen island and is fully equipped for the most discernible chefs. All rooms come with a flat-screen and high-definition television. Just one of the incredible perks of this rental includes the use of your own, private swimming pool!
Nearby is our modern and stylish kitchen with all the conveniences you’ll require to create gourmet meals for your guests during your stay with us. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator and connects to the nearby dining area. All dishware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses will be provided for you upon your arrival.
This property has built in central air conditioning and free high-speed WI-FI internet. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code.
Villa Golf Couse also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of Forty($35.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.

2. Outside of Reunion

Pickleball: The Tom Fellows Community Center is open to the public. It is located at 207 north blvd west, davenport fl 33837 (about 11 miles from the Golf course house).

Golf: The Polo Park East Golf community is open to the public. It is located at 525 Polo Park East Blvd Davenport, FL 33897 (about 12 miles from the Golf course house).
