The Space:
This 1,076 sq ft | 100 sqm condo is a superb choice for a family or a couples’ getaway to Playa del Carmen. The condo complex is called Kaab At The Park and is a new development situated across from the beautiful La Ceiba Park and is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to the famous 5th Avenue.
Kaab At The Park has a phenomenal rooftop pool with sun beds and loungers, outdoor dining areas, and views of the park and of the town. You can find that perfect cushioned sun lounger or covered sun bed, spend the day at the pool, enjoy shaded dining or even work (if you must) and afterward hit the gym onsite and then shower up and go out. Now that’s a stellar day!

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
