We had a weekend family get away. This house is about 15 mins from Niagara Falls in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was very good. We enjoyed our stay!

girlfriends Niagara Falls weekend

The house is in a great location for getting to Niagara Falls, it's about a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The property manager was prompt in responding to our communications.

Great stay

This is our second stay, and it was lovely again. Other than one bathroom missing a shower curtain, the home was great. Perhaps limit the use of strong scents for persons with allergies. We would definitely book here again

Wonderful property and location, clean and spacious. Only one comfortable queen bed that we found acceptable. Other queen mattresses were very hard and not able to sleep on. Host could not address any mattresses when asked.

Would stay again

House was clean and within easy driving distance of the Niagara Falls area as well as a few restaurants. The property was well kept, and the neighborhood was friendly. We even got to see some fireworks for Victoria Day! If you choose to stay here, be sure to bring a fan if you need moving air to sleep because there are no ceiling fans in the home.

Very Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for us. It was in a great location that was just right outside of town, away from the craziness of the city, but close enough to make to anything we wanted to within 15-20 mins. It was extremely clean. It was very large inside. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We would recommend this place. We give this experience 4.5 stars.

weekend stay near the falls

Nice new neighbourhood, still in development. Quiet area. House is large and is suitable for almost any guests/families. We took advantage of the kitchen to make a breakfast before heading out for the day. All required pans/cutlery were available.

Niagara Week

Excellent location with a quiet neighborhood. Play ground close by. Beautiful home that has very little furniture on the main floor. The house echos because there is nothing in it. There were 9 of us (3 children) and no comfortable chairs to watch tv in. The yard is full of thistles so the kids could not play outside. No grill to enjoy the outside cooking. If you are in town on business, this would be ideal. Bedrooms were quiet but no where to put clothes. You are staying in someone’s house. Definently not there home.

Golf Escape

The property was as advertised. the host was attentive and responsive. The property should be provided with dish cloths and dish towels to allow one to maintain clean counters. Cleaning staff need to be a bit more attentive to detail (toaster left with crumbs on it, open piece of butter left in fridge). Perhaps the addition of recycling and compost bins (if permitted in the area). All in all a good property within good distance to tourist attractions.

Walking in the front door the first thing we saw was 2 cans of big killer and a bug zapper. The beds were like sleeping on a hard board. The snacks on the coffee table were appreciated. We wish the ice maker would have been operating. Where there was carpet there were many stains. There the thermostat was dangling out of the wall and some of the light switches were cracked or broken. There was a lot of smelly garbage left in the garage and the manager said he would have it removed but never did. The best part was the awesome neighborhood playground which our grandkids really enjoyed as was the foosball table in the home.

Excellent Stay!

I can’t say enough good things about Danish or this property. Danish was highly responsive from start to finish during our stay. The house was clean, spacious and stocked with more complimentary items than I have ever experienced at a property, including drinks and snacks . The living room had enough seating for 6 of us to relax comfortably. Not only did each bedroom have a charging pad for your phone (master had one on each side of the bed!) but each bathroom was stocked with all hygiene products you might need. The large tub in the master bath was amazing after long days of walking. It is a 15 minute drive to the falls and tourist type attractions but this was just fine and Thorold had plenty of shopping and dining away from the large crowds. We will be back!

Great home base for seeing the falls

Great VRBO in a neighborhood that’s still being built. The house was comfortable for our group of 7. The owner was lovely. Easy to reach, left things for our comfort, even left a selection of snacks that our group just loved. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the falls and gives a quiet home base for checking everything out. The air conditioning keeps the common areas very cold but the bedrooms are upstairs so a bit warmer. It was still comfortable but just to be aware. The space is a good layout to give people spaces they can go to or to congregate. But I really just can’t say enough about the thoughtfulness of the host. They really make sure you have all the little things for your stay. Coffee, tea, even a spare toothbrush if you need. Great VRBO. We would stay there again for sure.

Disappointed Family Visit

Property Manager did a nice job of communicating with us . The property is about 20 minutes from the falls in the middle of nowhere. There is a lot of housing construction . The first floor is really nice but has little furniture. There are two fly traps hanging from the chandeliers and 2 bottles of fly spray as you enter the house Beautiful referigerstor but no ice or water. 1tv with Roku. The yard especially the back needs attention it would be nice th have a table on the deck. The upstairs has white carpet with stains. The master had 4 mattresses up against a wall.The beds could use box springs or better mattresses. There is very little furniture in bedroom A dresser or chair would be nice. The bathrooms were nice with good water pressure. Closing communication was good and very easy. Overall a fair stay but improvements would make it a better experience for a Niagra Falls Visit. Probably would not stay by here again.
