Located in a corner of paradise in the small village of Villepinte, in the heart of Cathar country with its castles, abbeys, medieval cities, the Canal du Midi (900 meters from the Mill) and 35 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, 10 minutes from Bram or Castelnaudary motorway exits.
Occitanie Villa 1065 is located in a dead end, in a quiet area with an 8000 m2 garden on the banks of the Fresquel river.

What could be better than the old watermill in 11150 Villepinte. In the middle of a romantic park of 8000m2, close to the Anal du Midi and one hour from the Mediterranean Sea; come and live a few days of sharing in an old mill renovated for your comfort and for a maximum of 17 people in the house.
You will have the whole of the domain equipped for a beautiful conviviality, a multitude of activities and games for children and adults, such as swimming pool, fishing in the Fresquel, barbecue, billiard table, table football, dart, bowling alley, trampoline, hulla hop, giant checkbook, table tennis, croquet, 50 board games Check in : from 6 p.m.
