Just Completely Renovated this Cozy 1 bed, 1.5 bath Oceanfront condo, is a special place to spend some relaxing time at the beach. Unit has all you need for a great stay with all new appliances, new furniture, of course a large screen smart TV in the living room and bedroom. Specifics are granite countertops with eat-in bar top, expandable dining or work table, boarder-less glass tub enclosure, just replaced full sized washer and dryer, new queen sleep sofa in living room. Master bedroom has a half bath, with a fold out full bed in addition to the Queen bed. Unit rents weekly to vacation travelers June through August. Flex schedule the rest of the year. Free Wi-Fi and Xfinity cable service. Cable box for living room TV only. Smart TV streaming in the bedroom. Marigot Beach Building features an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. No smoking or pets allowed. Max occupancy 4.

Best October week!

Loved the Marigot condo. Perfect place for our October getaway. Clean as a whistle and had everything we needed. Wonderful oceanfront view - sunrises and even a bay view - sunsets. Beach was great - listened to the waves all day and night. Not a crowded time of year so very quiet and peaceful. Love this place - highly recommend!

Much needed get away!

The condo was wonderful and the view from the balcony were absolutely beautiful! The sounds of the ocean were peaceful and relaxing! It was just what we needed!! And our little one (she's 6) had us wake her up so she could watch the sunrise with us...right from the balcony. She had just as much fun as we did! Would highly reccomend! And fyi...if you need anything Clair and Steve are quick to respond and very helpful! Overall...a wonderful experience and would come back for sure!! 😊

Stay right on the beach

Loved location and labeled parking spot, I had my mom with me that is hard to walk farther distance and this right on the beach condo was really really helpful and enjoyable. We loved the hot top, balcony. Wish there would be a couple small pots that you could boil Anything you needed. I would go back anytime..
