The Space:
If you are looking for a warm and cozy place to go home to as you go around Dubai this is the ideal home for you!

The apartment radiates modern design which includes wall-to-wall wood flooring, spacious open kitchen, complete with high-speed internet and a large cable TV.

The immaculate living space is delicately furnished with comfortable sofa and décor, this area is completed with modern white coffee table that matches the TV stand. Right next to it is the built-in wardrobe big enough for your clothes to fit in.

With an open kitchen nearby, cooking, eating and lounging become a continuous energetic flow. The dining area has a round dining table and four blue velvet dining chairs where you can dine in together with your loved ones.

Fall asleep onto the comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and soft mattress. Side table and lamps, unique wall art completes this relaxing space. The bathroom has fluffy towels with essentials things you may need with a welcome pack upon your arrival!

The Neighborhood:
Al Barsha is a superb location for anyone who wants to have a nice vacation without much buzz that busy places have. It is also connected to Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Road that makes other places accessible.

The Mashreq Metro Station is quite near. Bus stops are also placed around the community. You can easily go around using public transport or your own car as almost everything is just minutes away, such as Mall of the Emirates, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, and other high-end and famous places in Dubai.

There are a lot of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and salons around Al Barsha. It’s a community complete with every necessity you may need.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis frequent the area and readily available to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options if you prefer to book a private ride.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop (around 7 minutes away) where Bus 84, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Marina, and others. Bus F31 goes around The Greens, The Springs, and The Meadows. Bus F35, on the other hand, goes to Mall of the Emirates bus station, which is pretty close to the mall itself.

The Dubai Internet City metro station is about 12 minutes away if you’d like to go around Dubai using this famous public transport. If you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, you can hop into a tram which is connected to the Dubai train system.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, café, salon, basketball court, supermarket, and more).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport are by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
