The living room is equipped with a comfy grey couch with chaise with a flat-screen tv right across it to help you relax. Unwind or laze around in the comfy sofa or cuddle up in bed throughout the day. Whichever you prefer, it will surely give you a comfortable stay.

The apartment comes in with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances you need to cook your meals.

The beds are furnished with hotel-quality linens, mattresses, and pillows for your overall comfort. We wouldn't forget all of your toiletry needs as the bathroom has all the basic stocks ready for you to use, such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

Step out in the balcony and feel the fresh breeze as you enjoy the city and Burj Khalifa views!

Executive Bay is an ideal place for busy travelers who like to be accessible to all hotspots of Dubai, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai International Financial Center.

High-end restaurants, cafes, shops, and more surround you. It’s the place to be!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (20min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (40 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
