This view will captivate you!
Our cozy 3 BR cottage sits right above Okanagan Lake. Here, guests can enjoy the most spectacular lake and mountain views in the Okanagan Valley. Unique to this cottage are 2 lake-facing bedrooms. 2 private patios provide unobstructed lakefront views, so guests can relax without leaving the comfort of the cottage.
And you will never be bored! The beach, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, mini golf, volleyball court and playground are all close by.
DESCRIPTION:
This cottage is in the first loop of the gated community of La Casa Resort. It is on the bluff overlooking Okanagan Lake giving you an elevated experience without any obstructions.
It includes three spacious bedrooms upstairs with closets, two full washrooms, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen.
There is a extended patio on the first floor and a second floor patio off the main bedroom. Fire pit and Bbq located on main patio. There is also a private yard space with loungers overlooking the lake on the main floor.
CODE ACCESS AND GUEST PASS:
The cottage is located on the lakeside of Westside Road. Guests can access the gated community with the code provided upon their arrival. This code is used to access all resort amenities.
Guests will be able to access the cottage with the front door code provided prior to their arrival.
Before using the amenities, guests are asked to pick up an amenities pass from the Strata Office, which is located at the restaurant and La Casa Market. The host will send guests a link with a registration form two weeks prior to their arrival date. This form is to be send back to the host once completed in order for the pass to be processed.
PARKING:
There are three large parking spots located at the cottage. There are also designated parking spaces within the resort. See map for specific locations. Parking on the resort roadways is prohibited due to limited space and may result in violation notices.
RESORT AMENITIES:
Pools and hot tubs: heated upper and lower pools that are open 8am to 10pm. These are seasonal and are typically available for guest from May 1st to September and on long weekends.
Aqua park: two floating trampolines set up next to the marina. Available May to Sept depending on the weather.
Mini golf: 18-hole course located by the lower pool. Course is open April to Thanksgiving from dawn to dusk. Putters and golf balls provided for guest use.
Activities Park & Tennis Courts: gated playground, swing set and court area. Open April 1st to Thanksgiving from dawn to dusk. Pickle ball racquets and balls provided for guest use.
Marina: designed to accommodate boats no larger than 23.5 ft including swim docks, engines and any other attachments. All boat slip rentals are managed directly with the resort. Please email Strata Reception to request your 2022 boat slip reservation at the lacasaoperations email available upon request.
2022 Daily Rates:
May 1 to June 14: $50 per day plus 5% GST
June 15 to Sept 10: $60 per day plus 5% GST
Sept 11 to Sept 30: $50 per day plus 5% GST
Sea Doo: $40 per day plus 5% GST
GOLF CART RENTALS:
Guests can rent golf carts directly through the breakaway vacations rental company located on the mountainside of the resort.
They also provide kayak and paddle board rentals.
Please visit their website or call guest services to reserve. Information available upon request.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
We would like to let guests know that we do have security cameras on the property to ensure the cottage is secure during the off season. There is one on the front of the house facing the road. One camera on the side of the house facing the driveway and patio entrance. And there is one camera on the upper patio facing the lake to check the water and weather conditions.
