Imagine waking up every morning to a million dollar view and never being more than a few steps away from the pristine white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Imagine sitting outside on the over-sized balcony and enjoying your morning coffee, while gazing at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, or watching the sunset on the horizon every evening.

All that and more awaits you at our La Casa Denton. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo unit offers plenty of space for everyone in the family. Keep the plantation shutters open during the day and allow the Florida sunlight to illuminate this corner unit in all its beauty.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, bathtub and large walk-in closet. Oversized glas sliding doors offer access to the balcony and most importantly, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two single beds and a half bathroom is available right across the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The open concept floorplan of kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for the family to spend some time together. A well equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and barstool area for a quick meal. Dining table and living room comfortably seat up to 6 people and a wetbar and wine cooler are available as well.

An elevator, in-home washer and dryer, free Wifi, two covered and reserved parking spaces, plenty of beach chairs and equipment give this home the additional touch of comfort and convenience you were looking for.

The thoughtfully designed grounds and gardens lead to a large heated pool with hot-tub and gazebo area. A picnic and BBQ area are available, as well as a gas and charcoal grill, ideal to prepare and enjoy the catch of the day or steaks for dinner.

*Please note that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, stairs will be the only means of access to the second floor. AMI Holme Beach condo

Beautiful property, peaceful and private area with great view of the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation on the beach.

Lovely views, incredible beach walking

We stayed here in Dec 2024 with our kids (8 & 11), the week before Christmas, and after the hurricanes. We were hesitant to go but decided to make the best of it and we are so glad we did. The beach was so quiet and relaxing with amazing shelling and fabulous sunsets!! The unit was well stocked to meet all of our needs. The locker in the garage with beach items was appreciated. We would have preferred beach chairs that were in better condition, as these were quite tired with rust/moss that ended up staining my husband’s, daughter’s, and my clothes from carrying them to/from the beach. Other than that, it was truly a fabulous stay for a week and being steps from the beach was absolutely wonderful!

Unpack and Unwind

We loved this property. You are about 20 steps from the beach with crystal blue water and white sand. The pool was heated and very usable in February especially since it was 75-80 all week. The house was well equipped and the patio was perfect for our family. Definitely recommend!

Spacious condo with great beach access

This condo had a ton of space to offer our multi-generational family. Everything was in good shape and it was stocked well enough (though the kitchen supplies could use an upgrade). We loved having close, direct beach access. The pool was also nice. The side road the complex sits on is nice and quiet but still easy very close and easy access to the shops and restaurants the island has to offer. Finally, we loved the storage unit full of beach supplies - major bonus!

Our place wa great. Very clean and well equipped. A storm destroyed our provided canopy. I reported it to management. They trashed the old canopy and provided a new one the next day. We were quite impressed. We would stay there again.

Perfect location nestled between the pool and beach

The place is exactly as listed. I would give this 4.5 stars, clean, beautiful, lovely location but for the price a few downfalls: -A very lengthy checkout list with an early checkout at 10 AM and late checkin at 4pm -checkin information not provided until day of arrival (difficult as we had a long day of travel starting early in the AM), I like to have the information 24hours in advance -Bathing towels very thin and not many provided -Basic kitchen items not provided: cooking spray, coffee for Keurig -Beach items: ice chest, umbrella, chairs and a cart to pull items in -Not a fan of the electronic pad with advertisement, another thing to worry about getting picked up and misplaced and being charged for

Coastal Gem

This property is everything our family needed for our 2 week stay. Walking out one door of the complex puts your feet in the sand of a beautiful beach and walking out the other side puts your feet on a beautiful pool deck with lots of chairs and a sparsely used pool. The shared gas grill at the pool was very handy to use and again, not very often used. The unit itself is very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and a wonderful large balcony with beautiful sunset views. The kitchen has everything you would need to make home cooked meals. VRBO was very quick to respond when we reached out to them. Except for the red tide which was not something anyone could control, it was a perfect vacation.

Great location

The property was just as described. The location was great for a quiet, relaxing stay. The pool was beautiful, but very warm! Not refreshing, but it was late August. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The beach cart and chairs /umbrella were very useful.

Beautiful property, fabulous location, honest review

The property is exactly as advertised; the photos included in the posting are accurate, no surprises! Absolutely beautiful and the open concept along with the wrap-around balcony are fabulous. You are directly on the beach and our kids loved the pool. There is private garage parking for 2 vehicles, definitely a plus. Great amenities provided, especially the number of beach towels and a "starter kit" so you have the necessities right away and can breathe a bit before hitting the grocery store (be warned the Publix on a Saturday is PACKED with all the Saturday vacation rental arrivals across the island). Downside, if you want to watch the sunset, you need to go out to the beach - the trees block it from view on the balcony. For check-out, fair warning, there is an awful lot required of the renter to prep for the cleaning crew at a $160 fee (washing all bath and beach towels, stripping the beds, taking out the trash, washing dishes etc.) and be out the door by 10:00 a.m. - no joke the cleaning crew were there at 9:59 a.m. as we were rushing out the door. Wouldn't be so bad with a later check-out time, even 11:00 a.m., so this was our one big frustration. Getting out the door that early with 4 adults and 3 young children is harder than it sounds! And with a 4:00 p.m. check-in time we don't believe pushing check-out time by one hour is unreasonable. Overall, wonderful stay!!

Even better than it looked online. We booked our next trip before we even finished this one. My only hesitation in writing a good review is that it will cause others to reserve this awesome location and cause me trouble finding dates for our next trip. Highly recommended
