Country Living in a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wraparound seating with a dining table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall headroom is 3 feet) it would be an ideal spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first experience in a Tiny Home and we loved it. The price is reasonable, the location perfect as it was removed from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and the space was ideal for the 4 adults.

So Cute!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in a tiny house. Quite an experience. It was cute, clean and well stocked and decorated. We had a minor problem shortly after check in, and Lamar came right over to assess the situation, and Mike was there within a half hour to make the necessary repair. Lamar offered to move us, but it was a quick fix. We were quite pleased with the quick response. If you have mobility issues, it is difficult to get in and out of bed as there is only about 6 inches to move on the sides of the bed. We found ourselves crawling up from the foot of the bed. I would also suggest a small lamp on the bedside shelf for those who like to read in bed at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, away from the congestion of the strip, but close enough to hit all the attractions.

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and the tiny home had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helped me with an issue that I was having even though the directions that I failed to see were right on the frig. The location is perfect for heading into and out of the Great Smoky Mountains.

We stayed in a tiny home and for the most part it was perfect. The wall to wall king bed may interest some, but not us. A queen would be perfect in that room. But everything else was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this stay so much. Tiny house was clean and well stocked with the esentials. I would say that you may want to bring your own bed linens as the ones on the beds when we checked in seemed old and had stains on them. I did tell the front desk about this at checkout. They were very nice and assured me that they would correct the issue. I am so looking forward to another stay here. It is quite and yet convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in process. Great location and easy drive right outside of the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. First time renting a tiny house. Perfect accommodations for just my husband and I. For roughly the same price of renting a hotel room, this tiny house was better alternative providing more space and privacy. The house was nicely decorated and beautiful. Porch with Mountain views was a plus. Only complaint was the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

Cozy Tiny Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in this particular cabin twice and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this community again. These tiny homes are perfect for a solo traveler who loves the cabin feel but doesn’t need the space of a massive cabin...nor the massive price. The location is great, close enough to the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough out to be more peaceful. The local Wears Valley shops and restaurants are just moments away. On the down side, this time around, the cabin did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival. While linens and paper goods had been restocked, I found an empty water bottle and a used washcloth behind the sofa in the window, plastic wrappers and crumbs on the dinette seat, and wads of hair scattered around the floor in the main living area. This was a departure from the first time I stayed in this cabin as the first time I stayed, it was spotless on my arrival, so I’m hoping this was just a fluke. Additionally, one of the things I loved most about this cabin the first time I stayed was the patio set, which was an L-shaped outdoor sofa; perfect for sitting and watching the sun rise or the storms rolling over the mountains. They were swapped out for Adirondack style seats. This is just a personal preference, but one I wish I would have known was different before arrival.

i absolutely loved it here. even though it took me awhile to figure the cow was fake. the only negative things i have is when i first got there half the windows wr unlocked. the other thing that was rough since im a big guy is trying to get in bed. i could get in from the side. but as i said the view and sitting on the porch having a cup of coffee was just what i needed. thank you for eveything. im hoping to be back in the next 2 years. i will be staying with you guys again.
