Cet appartement de 3 chambres situé coeur South Perth - Mill Point Road, en face du zoo de Perth. Grand espace de vie de 150 m2 sur cour / balcon extérieur donnant sur le parc Sir James Mitchell, la rivière des cygnes et le quartier central des affaires de Perth.

La chambre principale a une grande promenade dans la robe à travers une salle de bains complète. 2ème chambre un lit queen size avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement, et 3ème chambre a 2 lits qui peut accueillir 2 enfants ou un 3ème couple. Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement s'adresse aux grands groupes voyageant ou des familles / réunion d'entreprise et des groupes.

NBN Internet Wifi partout, chauffage canalisé et tout le confort de créature. Cuisson et nettoyage utilites, draps / serviettes, savons, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, etc..

Lieu sage, nous sommes à 100 m de Mends St bandes de café et Windsor pub, Perth CBD terminal de ferry et de Swan River, si vous décidez de marcher dans CBD cela est autour d'un 2. 5 km à pied. Bus / transport public disponible Appartement directement à l'extérieur sur Mill Point Road.

Perfect Location and Great Property

From beginning to end we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, clean everything and wonderful washer and dryer. Parking not a problem because we didn’t have a car.

Nice place, great location

Great place to stay, had everything we needed and close to everywhere we had planned on heading to. We found parking around the corner on Onslow Street (paid parking), as the parking on site was not available. Communication with the property manager was fantastic.

Family visit to Perth from NSW

Gorgeous location within walking distance to local restaurants, charming pub with amazing craft beer, zoo, ferry to Perth and open parklands. Typically i have stayed in Perth, south Perth made the most of the iconic view of the Perth CBD with easy access via ferry. A really wonderful location and stay. Thank you

South Perth Apartment

Great location and lucky to get a parking spot at the front door on most occasions (only 100 meters to free on-street parking). So close to pub, restaurants, cafes and 24/7 IGA with all the groceries you may need (including pre-made meals/desserts). Thanks to our host Sheran.

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed

Our family of 6 had a very comfortable stay. The apartment had enough space and everything we needed. It was very close to shops and public transport. The wifi is a little dodgy and there is a lack of car parking onsite, which means that you potentially need to pay for parking offsite. The beds are very comfortable and the outside deck has amazing view. Well worth it.

Fantastic location

Great place to stay for 3 solo travelers, close to shops, public transport etc. Thankfully we didn't have a car as there was no where to park it!! We loved the apartment, it worked well for us. Just a few small things that let it down, no face washers, hand towels and only one tea towel you meanies. Could have done with more coffee mugs but hey we coped. 5 out of 5 woohoo.

Sharing with elderly relatives and husband

Beautifully presented and well equipped apartment. (Only could have had a drying frame to dry our washing.) Felt immediately relaxed and in holiday mode. The balcony and view over the river were wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only slight negative with the area was being confronted by a drunk man whilst walking back from the Windsor Restaurant at 9.00 p.m. A bit uncomfortable with two elderly ladies, one of which had a walking frame. Otherwise all the amenities you could want are nearby and it is a short walk to the ferry to get over to Elizabeth Quay, Perth City. Loved it. Thank you.

Great location. Comfortable apartment

This apartment is in such a great location. Lovely walks along the beautiful Swan River. City & river views. The apartment is really spacious and so simply furnished. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at sunset or coffee at sunrise is really relaxing. The only negative is parking is not available onsite. There are a couple of visitors parks out the front, but both times we have stayed in the apartment the exact same cars are parked in those spots so not really sure that the parks are available for actual visitors. But there’s plenty of free parking nearby you just have to walk to and from.

Location location

This apartment has everything you need while away. It is super clean and the location is great, easy to get to. Parking can be a bit of a problem as you can not use the underground parking, but there are 4 visitors bays out the front if you are lucky enough to get one, one does have a bollard so you really have the chance of getting one out of 3. There is no parking on the road, but we were lucky enough to get a side street about 30 meters away. Even though parking can be a pain, i would still highly recommend this apartment and i would certainly go there again

Amazing location

We stayed a week at this property with our 3 children, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, we moved walking along the swan river every morning and we're even lucky enough to have a pod of dolphins swim up to us on one of the mornings. We will be definitely booking this property again. Our only suggestion is another curtain in the main bedroom as the lights from neighboring property shine straight in.

Have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely well appointed apartment. Location is excellent. Close to the city, the river and amenities and yet feels peaceful, light and spacious. Thank you for having us. A great sign when no one wants to leave !
