Conched Out est une belle maison de 6 chambres, 6 1/2 salles de bain située juste à la frontière de Carolina et de Kure Beach. Cette grande maison est en bord de mer et possède son propre accès à la plage privée. Grande cuisine et salle à manger avec une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 15! Cette magnifique maison comprend 6 chambres, toutes avec des thèmes différents. Le rez-de-chaussée a un garage et un foyer pour 2-3 voitures. Le niveau principal a 2 chambres à coucher et 2 1/2 salles de bain, cuisine et salle à manger et salon. Le 3ème niveau a 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes et un salon / famille avec un canapé-lit. Beaucoup d'espace pour vous et votre famille! 5 des chambres ont une salle de bain privée / attenante.

Great Summer Fun: Pleasure Island a de nombreuses attractions merveilleuses pour garder tout le monde heureux. Le jeudi soir, rendez-vous sur la promenade et écoutez de la musique locale en direct au kiosque et assistez à des feux d'artifice. Nous avons l'un des meilleurs feux d'artifice autour. Il s'agit d'un événement hebdomadaire pendant l'été. Ne quittez pas la promenade sans essayer un beignet de Britt (demandez à n'importe qui, il vous dira que c'est le meilleur beignet jamais ouvert en saison).

Le dimanche soir, prenez vos chaises de plage, une glacière et votre famille et venez au lac pour un film en plein air gratuit. C'est une bonne chose à faire avec vos enfants un dimanche soir. Tous les films sont axés sur la famille. Ils vendent du pop-corn!

L'aquarium offre beaucoup de cours amusants et éducatifs qui se rapportent aux espèces présentes sur notre île. Vous pourriez avoir la chance de voir des bébés tortues de mer se diriger vers l'océan depuis leur nid.

A Great Stay at Kure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends at this house on Kure Beach. The Beach side access was exactly what we wanted. The property manager Tyler was responsive and great and gave us all the details we needed.

We loved our stay at this property. Great location with easy access to beach, Lots of space in house --loved the bathrooms attached to bedrooms and wonderful outside space as well. Pros: * Good location * Amazing direct access to the beach * Great unobstructed view of the beach from the house * Lots of bedrooms rooms and en-suite bathrooms which is one of the main reasons we chose this particular property * Lots of seating provided inside and out * Pretty well-stocked kitchen * Property manager is responsive Cons: * The tap water is gross. It does not taste good and it was not always clear. I would bring bottled water to drink and cook with * Beds were not particularly comfortable, though not many I've rented have hotel-quality beds/bedding * House is starting to show the need for maintenance

Our second stay here. Its a great vacation home!

The house is great for a long weekend with friends and family. Great big deck and right on the ocean. Private bathrooms for each bedroom are a big plus. Property can fit 8 cars. Minor nit...there is no pantry to put food. There is a door in the kitchen but locked by the owners for their personal use.

Great Vacation Location

The location of this property was perfect! We could not have asked for a better house. All couples had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen table was what sold us--lots of fun games and space around that table.--Perfect! The beach, the views--it was a magical vacation for the 9 of us. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Beach House

We have stayed at many beach houses over the years, and this was one of the best. It is very clean throughout and has a well designed and equipped kitchen. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 10. The manager made us feel welcome and was attentive and on call throughout the week This is definitely a five star house!

Family Gathering - July 2022

This was our first time at this property and we are already booked for next summer! 3 generations (6 adults and 4 teens) spent a glorious week at this house. The location was perfect - the beach is not crowded at all, and just steps from the deck, but it is an easy distance to restaurants/shops etc... The house is well stocked, the owner was super responsive, and there is plenty of room. The large table is perfect for enjoying family dinners and playing cards in the evening. Having the 2nd fridge in the garage was also a huge bonus! Thanks for a great week - we will be back next summer!

Fantastic beach house!

The house is spacious with tons of room to spread out. We loved having private bathrooms for each bedroom. Dining table fit all 12 of us too. Deck had plenty of space and nice shade in the afternoon. Owners provided linens, towels, paper products, soap, and shampoo which was very kind. It was a little weird having the property manager come in person to see us, but we figured he was sizing us up to see if we were partiers or checking for dogs. We enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

Safety and cleanliness issues, no beach access but great location and views

1. Booked for Easter weekend. @ beach Easter morning sunrise kicked off @0755am due to construction. Beach access blocked, called PM and told they "thought they were done Thursday. You could drive to boardwalk beach access." Bulldozers, construction equipment worked all day/night with lights shining in windows, noise etc. Beach access with Disabled family member/beach access was reason we chose rental. (have videos) 2. No screens in any window at all, including second and third floor. had a six year old which was very unsafe. 3. During stay family members were in driveway by cars getting ready to go eat. "Caretaker" came into yard and started spraying chemicals around yard in the wind and family members and cars sprayed with unknown chemicals. Had to ask them to stop. Reported to PM. 3. Major allergy issues first night, called PM AS I AM ALLERGIC TO CATS AND MANY DOGS, SAID THERE WAS NO PETS BUT FOUND BLADK BLANKET FULL OF WHITE PET HAIR.5. Messaged that in order to check in required primary renter to do a walkthrough. Not aware until after booking, delayed arrival by a day as my adult children were arriving first and could not. 4. (see below)-belongings of someone else in freezer upon arrival. When we received post cleaning instructions told NOT to put bedspreads to be washed. This was listed as enhanced clean property. Tub water yellow (pic) 5. location is EXCELLENT and as listed IF THE BEACH ACCESS IS OPEN AND THEY ARE NOT DOING CONSTRUCTION. 6. This is not like a traditional rental, more like being at your mother in laws for the weekend. The house has family pictures everywhere, all rooms, bedrooms common areas, it doesn't feel ike you are at the beach. It is dated, beds and mattresses are horrible except master which is great with a sleep number bed. 6. Upon reporting issues owner initially said they would refund, but only with check not through VRBO. Never received. 7. Through later conversation, became apparent that they have a certain "type" of renter they prefer and once they saw the entire family (myself, three adult children, one grandchild age 6) we weren't who they wanted there. 8. Followed all checkout procedures to a T including using a leaf blower in garage, gathering all trash, washing/folding beach towels, folding on bed & NOT washing blankets, clean fridge, dishwasher, etc. Owner fabricating issues to avoid promised refund. Took video of entire house/porch area & 54 pictures of all rooms prior to checkout.

Wonderful Home

This property is great. Beautiful home, very clean. They have everything you need- very accomodating! For us (coming from VA), the traffic coming and going was more than we want to deal with. Also, getting out and shopping was not fun either because of the traffic but the house right on the water made it worth it.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great time. There were 14 of us and the house fit us perfectly. We especially loved the huge dining room table where all of us could sit together and eat. Also, all the bedrooms having their own bath was awesome! The house was fabulous, spacious and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The stair lift came in handy too for one of our family members. We all loved being right on the beach and the view was amazing. We were very lucky that everyday the weather was beautiful. GREAT PLACE! Just an FYI for those with dogs: Kure Beach does not allow dogs on the beach from April 1 through September 30. They will give you a ticket without a warning!!

We built our beach home in 2000. We rented it extensively from 2002-2013. 2010-2013 our home was listed with HomeAway. We stopped renting for the last several years, as we lived in it full time. Now our beach home is available for vacation rentals again! We are North Carolinian's, and are from the Raleigh area. We have established strong roots in the Kure Beach community over the last 19 years, and truly love it here! We think you will too!!!

Beachfront, large inground pool, private beach access, adequate parking, and convenient location make our beach home a great beach experience. Carolina Beach and Kure Beach provide a quaint yet active beach experience. It is not a Myrtle Beach type experience, it is an enjoyable neighborhood experience. Also being only 20+ minutes from the thriving historical, coastal town of Wilmington really expands the possibilities available to you during your vacation.
