À propos de cet hébergement

Villa "C" est une belle maison sur un seul niveau, aucune mesure, même sur la promenade à la plage! Parfait pour des vacances reposantes. Une Villa Oceanfront où vous pouvez boire votre café et regarder le lever du soleil depuis le pont. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à huit. Passez un peu de temps à cette Villa sur Amelia Island et vous reviendrez.

La maison principale a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar. spacieuse salle à manger, salle familiale, une suite parentale et salle de bains principale. La maison d'hôtes dispose de deux chambres privées, Une chambre a un ensemble de jumeaux, l'autre a un lit queen size, chacune avec une salle de bain privée. Les bâtiments sont à quelques pas les uns des autres, séparés par une cour bien aménagée. Les deux bâtiments sont englobés par une clôture de protection. configuration parfaite.

La chambre principale, avec lit king, se connecte à la salle de bain principale par un espace dressing contenant deux lavabos. Le maître de bain a une baignoire et une douche.

Le salon a une section avec un canapé-lit queen.

La grande terrasse à l'arrière de la maison face à l'océan, et est accessible à partir de la salle familiale ou la chambre des maîtres.

Une fois que vous restez dans cette maison, vous revenir année après année!

We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was new and clean. They have a new couch since the pictures. The bedrooms were pretty and mattresses were great. Communication was easy. We had a small issue with one lock and they were prompt with sending someone to fix it. We would love to stay here again. Being able to walk out onto the beach is fabulous! The deck furniture is very nice too. We enjoyed sitting out there. (Just FYI this is on the small stretch of beach that allows locals to drive on it. It wasn’t an issue until Saturday when some underage kids pulled up with many vehicles and were drinking. We called the beach security and it was handled very quickly. I only bring this up to say if it should happen, just google the non emergency police number and they will send someone. There was a family in unit next to us that left beach early because of it and I don’t want that to happen to future guests who don’t know who to call.)

Great beachfront property

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway from the winter weather. Property is well appointed and modern with really nice upgrade touches - digital see-thru fridge, giant double shower in main master, etc. comfortable living area With plenty of space for the six of us to hang out. Nice location with direct beach access and easy drive to restaurants and historic Fernandina Beach.Only caveats… Thins walls w no noise protection between queen bedrooms or between the family room and main master. Also this is a driving beach. Don’t be surprised to see a parking lot of cars between the dunes and the water. Overall wonderful place. We’d definitely stay here again!

Garage floor was very dirty. Rugs were slippery and we slid until we took them up. Need 2 taller bar stools; the ones that are there are ugly, too low and pretty useless.

Excellent Location, Perfect stay

We had a great time staying at this villa in Amelia Island. The ocean front location with few steps to the beach was perfect for us. Very clean, well preserved, and quiet neighborhood but close access to all the restaurants.

A week in paradise

We used to live on south fletcher ave in Fernandina so we felt like home at Sandpiper villa. It was great for me and my husband (at master bedroom of the mail house), and the two of our daughters at their own bedrooms across the courtyard. Our labs had a good time too. The walk to the beach is less than 1 min, the house is very clean and nice, everything is new. Fully equipped kitchen, all what we needed was there even olive oil. Loved it loved it a lot, would recommend without a doubt. We miss it already.

Villa needing Maintenance

Pretty much the villa needs maintenance. The bed frames are cheap and seems like wasn’t the first time the frame legs bent and had to move the bed to the floor. Sliding glass door to beach access would not lock and there is no gate to the beach, so public access to the house from the beach. Grill handle was broken, outside furniture was broken. Shower handle was loose and rainfall shower head was clogged. Dishwasher moved every time it was opened or closed and could not read the buttons to turn on. This was not worth the money that was paid to rent it. I suggest go somewhere else.

Pre-Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful time with family while taking walks on the beach! The neighboring areas were great for dining, shopping and entertainment! We would definitely stay there again!!

Amelia Island Beach

It was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and nicely designed inside. The separation between the 2 buildings worked well. It had a nice private feel. The only problem was the power went out in the night (we later found out it was island wide) and no one answered the emergency number that was provided. The number in the binder was answered by a hotel employee who said she could not help me.

Great Beach Vacation

The villa was very nice and clean. Beach decor made it feel like a beach vacation. Master bathroom is gorgeous and the separate bedrooms were great for my adult children. Easy walk to the beach from the attached boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this villa.

House was so clean and crisp inside. Loved all the space

Enjoyed our beach stay. Very relaxing and close to everything we needed. Great golf near by with the On I plus a par three for young golfers. House was clean. Immaculate. With all the weather previously outside was not as beautiful as we wanted but we enjoyed it anyways.

Very clean, well stocked & comfortable. Could use luggage racks or tables, & more towel hangers. Unfortunately the house is close to the drive-on beach access, & someone with very loud music came by daily at sunrise. Otherwise it was a very nice house.

Beautiful beachfront stay

The main house was beautiful, recently updated and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Walked the beach every morning around sunrise. The guest rooms were updated and nice. Internet in the guest rooms were spotty.

Great stay, nicely updated

This was our second stay at this property, as we spent time here before the renovations. The updates were very nice to see and overall the property was clean (listing is accurate). We enjoy how close the beach is, and the ability to go between the beach and house so easily which allowed us to maximize the time we spent on the beach. One thing I will note for others is that this part of the beach allows cars. Even with this, the beach was not overly crowded at any time (early September stay). We also thoroughly enjoyed the front deck. The deck areas of these properties are fairly private with the privacy fencing and shrubbery. This year the neighbor’s new wind chimes reminded me of spa music and created a relaxing environment. We also enjoy seeing the wildlife in the dunes throughout the day (mostly rabbits and turtles). The property is very well equipped, from loads of beach towels/chairs to any kitchen supplies you might need. The only recommendation I have for improvement would be the outside couch cushions need some attention or a refresh. This is a small thing and, with only 2 of us, there was plenty of outdoor seating so it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the outdoor spaces. Overall, we enjoyed this property and would return again.

True to photos online-very clean

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the units and the layout. They were true to the photos. Updates very nice! We couldn't get one sliding door to latch, but felt safe due to the gate lock. Amelia Island is a wonderful place to vacation and we will come back!

Perfect Adult Family Getaway

Enjoyed 4 blissful days with our adult children and new grandbaby. The layout of this property is perfect for teen/adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each day, and the property is beautifully decorated and is as pictured. We would stay here again for sure!
