Notre condo Vacation Villas est un spacieux condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain sur la plage. Le décor vous fait sentir comme si vous étiez vraiment à la maison à la plage. Il y a une table à manger pour quatre et un bar. Beach condo comprend également une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, des lits confortables (king size dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit dans la chambre familiale) Wi-Fi gratuit et salle de bains récemment rénovée. De votre véranda, vous apprécierez la vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique et la plage de sable blanc. Les couchers de soleil de votre véranda sont magnifiques.

Les installations de Vacation Villas comprennent une grande piscine chauffée et un grill. Situé dans l'extrême nord de l'île, à une distance de marche du centre-ville de Fort Myers Beach (la célèbre jetée et de la place de la ville) et des restaurants. Les villas de vacances voisines du parc Bowditch Point où vous pouvez observer la faune et la flore locales et prendre le tramway pour vous rendre sur n’importe quelle destination de l’��le. Plage, pêche, observation des oiseaux et détente dans un condo confortable Vacation Villa.

Nice condo with a beautiful view.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. The area is down next to trolley pickup and nature park. It is quite at night. The condo needs some small updates to make it perfect. The king bed was very comfortable. Tripower were great and took care of us. Overall, we had a great stay and would return to Vacation Villa.

Awful Condo

This was the dirtiest stinkiest oldest worst cindi we have ever stayed in It reeked of mildew Smell. It is a small 1 bedroom. It could not cost much to update Appliances were awful. Bathroom was so bad it scared me. My husband and I both became very sick for 1 day there No curtains and it was turtle nesting season Hot as hell could not even sit on veranda We should get a partial refund for this awful awful condo I am a very honest hard working oncology nurse I would Not say such things unless true I will be using social media to say how bad and awful this condo is

Condo is very dated

Although the location was great this condo was very dated. The cabinets and linens all had a musty smell to them. The shower was terrible. My son couldn’t even stand up straight in it. That being said, we are a tall family but this shower stall and shower head was for someone who is of a much shorter height. We did go grocery shopping but after getting to condo there wasn’t even salt and pepper. Also I didn’t realize there was a dishwasher but there was not even one dishwashing pod left for our convenience. we made due and just ended up washing all our dishes by hand. We appreciated the extra toilet paper and paper towels but I would suggest leaving at least 1 dishwasher pod.

Don't expect upto date decor, but a wonderful spot. Room with a great view. Very well stocked with needed items. Enjoyed my visit.

Fabulous North end on FMB!

We have stayed in this building in the past and loved it. The location and views are perfect...this unit was equipped with what we needed, except NO beach chairs! The pool deck was closed so we had no way to sit outdoors. Very disappointing! Upon arrival, the keyless entry code provided did not work. The management was helpful and able to get us a code after some time. This is a quiet spot with frequent dolphin sightings, park setting next door and walkable to Times Square. The living room and bedroom were comfortable...the kitchen and bathroom were "basic".

Vacation Villas 434

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat the location! Spectacular views, uncrowded beach out front and Bowditch park next door. Accommodations comfortable and partially updated.

Great location

Perfect location as we love the north end of Fort Myers Beach. Condo was clean and we enjoyed the beautiful pool when not at beach. Upgrades would make this unit even more desireable.

Disappointing

Unit was smelly/musty with two areas where remodeling was done that was unfinished and dirty. Unit size was good, but the bathroom was small. Appliances were old and marred, with aluminum foil lining the trays under the cooking coils. We stayed 1 night and the agent was able to find another unit on Lovers Key that, though smaller, was in a great location and met our needs. It made for a great vacation for the remainder of our visit.

March 2019 Stay

We have stayed at the VV at least 6 times. This is by far the worst unit we have stayed in. Our units door was unlocked when we got there and had to drive to Tripower to get a key, because the keyless entry wasn't working. We had to call for a plumber because of piping problems in the bathroom. Also, there was no sheets for the sleeper couch and Tripower had to bring them to us. Disgusting bathroom storage area. This owner needs to step up and paint, etc. There also was no window covering in the living room area for privacy. The only good thing, was the comfortable king bed.

Fantastic view on north side of island

We absolutely loved the north end of Fort Myers Beach. So much more peaceful and the free Tram rides made getting to Times Square simple. The screened in balcony was great for beach views, breezes and no bugs. The pool area was immaculate and temp was just right. It was in the sun almost all day so a dip refreshed you. We experienced hotter temps and higher humidity than normal which did pose some problems. The rooms smelled musty. Instructions were to not adjust the A/C below 72°. It was set at 73°, so there was little relief from the humidity. The condo is dated and needs some remodeling. It was impossible to completely shut off the shower/tub water supply so one could hear water running when near the bathroom. All the tables had glass tops which are not attached to the table legs. Until we learned that, we almost had a few calamities with the tops tipping with routine pressure on them. The carpeting needed a thorough cleaning. No ice maker, which would not have been a problem, but the ice cube trays provided were cracked and would not hold water. We had a maintenance issue with the overhead kitchen light, but it was fixed quickly when agent was alerted. That was good. This rental was all about location, location, location. We'd rent it again if our other concerns were addressed.

Property had great location, beautiful views

Management company was great to work with after we were very disappointed with our reserved room 434. It was not as described on website. We talked with management company and they transferred us to a great room. Now we are pleased, thanks for customer service!

May 2018 Stay

Love the location and the price. Great view from the patio. I’m really disappointed with the rusty, really rusty unusable beach chairs that the people In The next unit made fun of and the umbrella that has more holes in then Swiss cheese.. The bed room was nice and very clean but no TV. That is just preference. The kitchen is in major need of a remodel. Pots and pans are rusty and the Teflon scrapes off the pans. Needs all new utensils. Im not a high class person by any means but I was a little grossed out. I would stay here again with hopes they make a few new purchases. It’s the little things to me that are important. We have 5 days left I’m going to enjoy the beach. 🌴🏖🕶🌞

April 2018 Stay

We had the best time. We decided to skip a resort for our Honeymoon because we wanted peace and quiet. This place had both. Very easy to access the “downtown”. Unfortunately we did not discover that you can rent chairs and an umbrella from the Pink Shell for $30 a day, until our last day. This is worth it!!! Plus they have a deal for multiple days. The items in the unit were helpful but the umbrella is pretty trashed. Also, there were no beach towels, only bath towels. So bring some or pick cheap ones up at Walmart. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well cared for and the pool is very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. We are already talking about when we will come back and stay at Vacation Villas. You just can’t beat the beautiful ocean views!

Terrific location, beautiful beach!

We enjoyed a week relaxing and walking the beautiful beach! The views from the beach and from the balcony are stunning. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us, would accommodate 4. From the balcony we had a perfect view of the beach and gulf, it's truly a full beach front as we had hoped. Great view of Sanibel in front and the north end of the island to the west. It was fun to watch the boats come around the bend from the Marina. We would stay here again! It's a quick beach walk down to Times Square, maybe 10-15 easy minutes.
