Mapaï is a brandnew, waterfront 6 bedroom villa, ideal to host group of friends or family.

Mapaï is located only few minutes driving from necessities such as grocery shops, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and very nice restaurants.
Cul de Sac is five minutes drive from the nice and festive Grand Case, and five minutes drive from Orient Bay, a very famous beach with beach restaurants, dinner restaurants and lots of water sport activities.

Entirely air conditioned and perfectly equipped, the kitchen and living room area, open onto the outside deck through big sliding doors, or from the open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the ocean.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilets, television and safe, and they are all connected to the living room area.
Five bedrooms are equipped with Queen size bed (180x200), and one has two bunked beds to host a total of four guests.
Five bedrooms are connected directly to the living room, the sixth is an independent studio.

This pontoon is perfect to go snorkeling in front of the house, or grab the Kayaks and paddle up to Pinel island.

Our 10 days at Villa Mapai were wonderful. As I told our host,Thibaud, the property is worthy of Archtectural Digest, but the best part is how well he took care of us. We were a party of 8 seniors, one with special needs, and he promptly satisfied our very wish. if you are searching for a perfectly luxurious vacation, this is the place to find it!

Amazing Family Vacation

Thibaud was there for us whenever we contacted him. We were three generations of ten. We used the kayaks to go to Pinel Island, paddle board, rooms were very comfortable and kept clean each day, plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. All in all, our vacation was wonderful. We would highly recommend this beautiful place on St. Martin.

Amazing Getaway to St. Martin!

The property was absolutely perfect. Enough rooms for each smaller family (plus one teenager and two smaller children), with space large enough to accommodate 11 people. We loved everything about this place. The location, the pool, the property manager, the housekeeper, the rooms, the air conditioning :)....I could go on and on. I would love to rent this property again, if we ever make it back to St. Martin. Thank you for making our stay magical!

Fantastic property - photos don’t do it justice

We had a family of 8 spanning from ages 4 to 80 and couldn’t have been happier. The home is beautiful, on a wonderful spot. The views are breathtaking and apparent from all over home. That Infiniti pool on water was so inviting we rarely left. Beyond that, Thibaud the property manage was the best that I’ve seen - he set us up with so many activities and each was top notch. We are already thinking about our next stay.

Absolutely Fabulous

We couldn't have asked for more. Villa Mapai is an amazing large family retreat in one of the most beautiful areas of St. Martin. The family and property management team were in contact with us at all times, made our stay completely seamless, accompanied us to the doctor on a Sunday when our 8-month old had an allergic reaction, and went out of their way to help us with reservations, boat bookings and more. A 10 star experience. We will be back!

Exactly as amazing as it looks.

Everything you are reading is accurate.. it’s a perfect and luxurious rental, with a spectacular view… perfect for big groups. Our kids loved the pool.. they were in from morning until night. Paddling to Pinel island is so easy and by far our favorite outing of the whole trip. I highly recommend getting a private chef for a few dinners .. it’s a lovely experience. The daily house keeping was a huge benefit for such a big group. The rental is a bit far from the more touristy areas of the island but that was perfectly fine with us.. between the house, view and easy access to pinel, we were in bliss. Thibaud and his wife make the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.

A Perfect Stay!

We came here with 8 people for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and better than it’s pictures. The location is great with access to restaurants, grocery stores and many other services and amenities while also being private. The house is very throughly and thoughtfully equipped with everything you would need for a stay and the spaces were comfortable and perfect for being together as a group or retreating away to your own space. Thibaud was our property manager and very available and willing to help as a concierge for various reservations all over the island. Rose was the housekeeper and she was amazing; she made the house look new everyday. We would HIGHLY recommend Villa Mapai to anyone looking for a fancy house for a large group! A truly first class experience. We feel very privileged to be able to rent this house and be taken care of by Thibaud and Rose.

Amazing, You won’t want to leave!

A stunning home in a beautiful location. Everything in the house was high end, all the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want for cooking. The pool and spacious deck area were wonderful and our children never wanted to leave! The pool was heated and lit at night so we could swim as late as we wanted. The air-conditioning kept the house very cool and all the bedrooms have separate controls. Or you can open up all the doors and have a wonderful breeze from the ocean. The kayaks were perfect for heading to the beautiful Pinel Island for the day. Our hosts were extremely helpful, starting with arranging transport to and from the airport with a Rental car at the house. All their recommendations were perfect for beaches, activities and restaurants. We would go back in a second! A wonderful vacation.

A wonderful stay in paradise

Home and it’s surroundings are absolutely stunning, one of those places where pictures just can’t do it 100% justice. We love this home and location so much that it was our second stay here (first being prior to start of covid). We were a group of friends (3 families with children) and there was room for all of us. Thibaud, the property manager, was nothing short of incredible, helping us with absolutely everything and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us with our stay. Daily housekeeping was so appreciated by our group. Location of this home cannot be beat- take kayaks to Pinel Island for the best fresh food and drinks and beautiful beach. You are also 10-15 mins car ride from Orient Beach and Grand Case. The heated pool and outdoor space are just beautiful to come home to. Lastly, but nice to mention, this property has several beautiful green areas that are flat and our children really enjoyed playing games on them. We also had a group yoga lesson on the lawn and it was lovely. This is a 10/10, would come back again and again!

Best Villa in St Martin

Villa Mapia exceeded everyone of our expectations. It was the perfect house to host our family of 11 (ages 6 - 77) for a full week. As the other reviews said, the house is even more spectacular than the pictures suggest. The layout and bedrooms are perfect for a large group. The outdoor seating/dining and deck area around the pull is amazing. We spent most of our time outside. The house is clean, comfortable, and has every possible item you could need (the kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms come with all toiletries, air conditioning/fans work great, the beds and couches are all comfortable) It’s also the best possible location on the water. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the kayaks looking for turtles/fish, swimming in the sand bar areas and then making our way to Pinal (which is a must). It took only about 15 mins to paddle there and was super easy (we had been worried it would be more difficult) Thibaud and his team are the absolute best. From the moment we booked, he was super responsive and helpful. Had great suggestions/recommendations and all the arrangements he made were perfect/without any issue. Chef Maxime, who was recommended by Thibaud, was phenomenal. Every meal was delicious. Thibaud also arranged 4 massages at the house with 2 therapists for us, and everyone said these were the best massages they ever had. Incredible experience at Villa Mapai!

Just returned from a 1 week stay celebrating a milestone birthday with close friends. The experience at the villa could not have been any better. The property was immaculate and presented better in person than the photos online. So many small details in the house really put a special touch on this unique property. Everything operated perfectly and if we ran into any issues/questions they were immediately addressed. The bedrooms, common areas, grounds and of course the amazing infinity pool were absolutely fantastic for our larger group. There was ample space to congregate socially but also plenty of private areas when anyone was seeking some quiet time. The location is perfect. Cul de Sac is a more relaxed part of the island with just enough in the immediate neighborhood that makes things convenient. More substantial provisioning is less than 10 min away. Not only are the views spectacular but the prevailing Tradewinds really helped to keep the property cool t& comfortable during the day. The kayaks (along w Karabuni Beach Club) was a highlight! The trip simply wouldn't have been the same without our amazing host/property manager who I can't say enough good things about. Thibaud is an absolute LEGEND and made our trip truly special. His communication and dedication to any request or needs were akin to the service found on a super yacht. While the villa is a masterpiece, Thibaud is really the magic behind this experience. Fabulous week at Villa Mapai

We were a group of 12 adults (6 couples). Gorgeous property, even nicer that photos. Concierge Thibault was very responsive and helpful, he even came to pick up one guest who needed to go to hospital/oral surgeon/ pharmacy. Rose the cleaner was excellent. We used the kayaks to go to Pinel island (10 mins there, 6 mins back). We snorkelled right off dock all the way to little island (which is mostly ‘walkable”). We ordered in papadan pizza and lolo’s (both recommended by Thibault), big portions and good food. Dined out at l’atelier and ocean 82, also fantastic. Weather was perfect, never needed a towel or sweater. Pool was always warm and pool guy came to clean twice during the week. We walked to bakery every day, not a far walk but go early as it gets hot. Hope to go back one day. Five star, book this property, you won’t regret it!

A M A Z I N G !!

We stayed here + the Villa next door for a week. There were 19 of us; 4 families + the grandparents. This Villa is nothing but spectacular. It was better than a 5 star hotel! Every bedroom was better then then next, and the kitchen is huge. The outdoor space with the Infiniti pool and lounge chairs was put to good use every day and night! Our concierge, Thibaud, arranged our airport transfers, car rentals, private chef, private catamaran snorkeling excursion, yoga, ordering take out when we needed it, and booking us dinner reservations. He was always available to answer any questions and offer advice! Don’t look any further! You must book this place /)

The perfect getaway

We had an amazing time in Saint Martin, and this villa was the highlight. The villa was the perfect mix of luxury + casual for our family (kids and adults) - we loved eating outdoors at the huge dining table every night, kayaking to Pinel for beach/food/drinks during the day, and watching the kite surfers from the infinity pool. Thibaud (concierge/house manager) was the best -- he really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable - from picking up carry out food for us, installing a pool fence for our toddlers, to booking a private nurse who came to the villa to do our covid tests for the return trip home. We will be back one day!

Just perfect...

We had a group of 6 couples that traveled together and stayed at Villa Mapai. The house was the perfect size for our group and very comfortable. As beautiful as the house was, it was shadowed by our amazing host, Thibaud. He was so helpful in every way. Even when one of ours guest fell ill, he showed up in the middle of the evening and took him to the hospital. Above and beyond is a understatement!!! We loved every minute of our stay in this gorgeous villa and island. Thibaud also has many ideas on what to do during your stay! I would highly recommend.

Villa Mapai is a dream home for a group visiting St. Martin. The house itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. The outside sitting area was well-used after dinner, with the breezes keeping bugs away and the intimate setting was perfect for socializing. But it's really the location that made this house ideal for our trip with 4 couples. We used the kayaks every day, visiting Pinel a couple times for drinks and dinner, watching the sunset from Pinel over the main island. We watched young surfers and kite boarders in the bay, and one person in our group brought his kite board and was able to go right off the dock. The pool and deck was the perfect spot for reading and watching the adventurous ones out on the ocean. I would also recommend this location because it is close to Grand Case and Orient Beach for many dining options. It's a quiet neighborhood and felt private. Alize, the property manager, was fantastic to work with. We had a couple hiccups with payments because we had to change the number of travelers after we initially booked, and she was very responsive in every step. Her service was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Alize and family, for making our 40th birthday group vacation one that we will never forget. We hope to come back to Villa Mapai again, some day!

Simply Amazing!

Returned a few weeks ago from this amazing property and wishing I was still there! We went with three families (adults and young kids) to stay in this home and it was beyond our expectations. The view is breathtaking and the home it set up so perfectly to accommodate a large group. And not to mention it is decorated so tastefully you can tell thought has gone into each of the rooms. The other highlight from this trip was the Property Manger, Alize and Housekeeper, Gerta. Alize made sure our trip was seamless. She was very engaged even before we set foot on the island. She kindly got us provisions and meet us the day we arrived/left. From there she was so helpful with renting cars and reserving us beach chairs at Pinel Island (which you need to experience). Another pleasant surprise with this house was Gerta who came to clean the home several times to keep it perfect. In the US we are not use to having the home cleaned when we rent it so we were so spoiled with this extra service. Overall I could not recommend this home and the overall experience on the island. Hurricane Ira has clearly impacted this island and in order to support it's recover I encourage you to visit it. You would never know the devastation of Ira in this home or any at the tourist spots but it's clear when you drive around. Come for a visit and stay here- you will thank me!
