Cet appartement de vacances de luxe avec trois ou quatre chambres dispose de nombreuses caractéristiques originales réparties sur deux étages. Le logement comprend une salle de réception principale, deux cuisines, trois chambres et une salle de réception au rez-de-chaussée / quatrième chambre, trois salles de bains, buanderie. Wonderful visit!

LOVED our stay at 12 Howard Place in St. Andrews. Perfect for 8 people, two families on a golf and touring holiday. Ideal location. Clean and updated; lots of character as well. Highly recommend!

Dream Golf Trip

We traveled to St. Andrew's to celebrate 30 years of golfing together, and 12 Howard Place was the perfect spot to call home for 8 guys who wanted the experience of a lifetime. Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen made it easy to enjoy our time there. Thanks, June.

The perfect house in St Andrews

As 4 ageing golfing tourists, this house had everything we could wish for, inside and out. Plenty of communal areas to eat, drink and discuss the days golf as well as retreating to our own area bedrooms and bathrooms. All this as well as a short stroll to the Old course 1st tee and a bunker in the backyard to sharpen our techniques. Thank you June. We will be back given the chance. Russell - Melbourne

Amazing family vacation in St. Andrews

The townhouse is absolutely lovely! Clean, spacious and centrally located. . . with an amazing garden! The owners and caretakers were gracious and great to deal with. Our family came together for graduation week and it was wonderful to have such a nice place to come back to everyday. Highly recommend 12 Howard Place!!

Perfect house for four golfers

We just had a wonderful stay for 5 days at 12 Howard Pl. The location was perfect, and the house was immaculate. Bathrooms bedrooms family room w large TV, beautiful outside garden and a really cool bunker for us as well! Thank you June I hope to come back one day Rajeev

Excellent Rental

Perfect rental for our golf trip. Great location with just a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars as well as to the historic Old Course. The interior of the rental was recently redone and looks great. Would stay again.

The Perfect Rental for 8 golfers!!

We can't say enough about 12 Howard Place!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was perfect. With 8 guys, luggage, golf clubs etc.. there was more than enough room. The beds were incredible as were the amenities. You never know what you're going to get when you rent a home in another country but all 8 of us were truly amazed and appreciative of the opportunity to stay here. Close to everything, just the right amount of furniture and turn key ready. Thank you so much for allowing my group to stay with you! We will be back and I know exactly where we're staying!

Perfection in St Andrews

12 Howard Place was a magical experience for our party of 8. The flat is gorgeously appointed, wonderfully comfortable and well-equiped. It is conveniently located to the University and the golf course. The owner June Gibson is helpful and readily responsive to every question. Tom, the local caretaker is charming and offered to assist if we needed anything at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and are looking for excuses to get back to St Andrews as soon as possible.

Fantastic house in a perfect location

The house is stunning, we couldn't fault it. The owners have thought of everything and we had a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from the city and 5 minutes walk from the beach. A weekend wasn't long enough to enjoy everything that St. Andrews has to offer. We would definitely recommend.

Magnificent in lots of ways!

We have stayed here many times and love the place. It is spotlessly clean, it's flexible in terms of multiple bedrooms and 2 kitchens etc. and it's perfect for golfers! The owner is fair and straightforward to deal with and endlessly helpful.

A wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 spent 4 nights last week at Howard Place and had a fantastic experience. It was the type of place that we could come back to and stay for a long period of time.. The property has a fantastic location: 3 minutes to the Old Course and 2 minutes to Market Street. We have 4 smaller children and there were plenty of games and activities in the apartment to keep them busy. The property was clean and well-maintained. The property would be great for a family(or 2 families), a group of golfers, or any group between 6-10 people. Plenty of room for everyone! We will be back soon!

Amazing house with a great location.

We had three couples on our trip to St. Andrews and could not have had a more enjoyable visit. If anything, we had more room than we needed. Everything was better than as advertised. It’s a wonderful home in a very special place.

Just perfect!

We chose this home for a 70th birthday celebration for my husband who's wish was to play golf in St. Andrews. Our friends from Boston and Buenos Aries joined us. The sic of us were bowled over by this apartment! It was much more impressive than it looked in the postings. Well appointed and laid out with everything you could possibly need. We took full advantage of the garden and patio/terrace which are both stunning. The main kitchen is perfect for dining, gathering and celebrating. Aside from the apartment, the city of St. Andrews was spectacular. We left there feeling this was the best vacation we have ever had together.......and the six of us have traveled to Paris, Rome and Buenos Aries together. Raves all around.

Perfect for golf holiday

The Howard Place lodging lived up to its billing -- wonderful and comfortable accommodations and the perfect location for our golf holiday. Easy walk to the courses, but just as easy to get to Market Street and the rest of the town. House has everything you could need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceeded all expectations

The pictures of this lovely flat does not do it justice. From the fully appointed kitchen(s) and bathrooms, to the gorgeous patio and gardens, this home does not disappoint! The proximity to the golf courses,town, transportation is unbeatable. Thank you June, for "opening" your home to us.

PERFECT LOCATION - OUTSTANDING ACCOMMODATIONS

This apartment was perfect for our group - three golfing couples. Our 4 night stay here was wonderful - delightful end to our 2 week cruise. We were cheerfully greeted by Tom who walked us from room to room explaining everything. There was a detailed book on operating electronics, household items and provided dining suggestions. The walk to Old Course and New Course was 5-10 minutes and walking to center of town was short as well. We never took the car out we rented. The apartment is located on quiet street and was very clean, fully furnished with everything needed, linens were excellent and beds comfortable. All in all - it was unbeatable. Perfect for family groups or golfing groups. We would stay here again in a heart beat! We thought the best fish and chips in town were at Tailend and would highly recommend a visit to Forgans as well, both on Market Street.

Location location location

Our group of 8 golfers just completed our memorable stay in st Andrews and the bunker house. The homes location was great as we walked to St. Andrews with our clubs as only a few blocks away. The shops and restaurants were also all close and walkable and we enjoyed the food at all the restaurants inc mamasita a new mex restaurant as well as a good Indian and itilian restaurant. Most of our group agreed the Kingsbarn course was our favorite of all the courses thx to June who made booking easy and arranged for Tom. To meet us at the home do walk us through the home and gave us tips about the home there is a very detailed book at the home that provides details on wifi tvs etc we did lots of laundry and found out that tree Isi a tray in the top front of the dryer that collects the water I guess because ductless and it needs to be drained after about 3 loads. Once you have been to St. Andrews and you have a group of 4-8 golfers this is the place to stay

The finest property in all of St. Andrews!

This was our second stay at 12 Howard Place and it was a great as it was the first time! June and her people are very helpful and deliver a first rate property in a great location every time. When you arrive Tom meets you to give you a full overview of the flat. He walks you through every room and demonstrates and explains everything in detail from working the fireplace to the TV system. They have their own "Old Tom" (no disrespect to Tom!)! The location is unbeatable. It is located on a quiet street with ample parking and has a lovely garden that fronts the property. You could play the first hole on the Old Course as a par five as you are about a driver away from the first tee! Right around the corner (about a 3-4 block walk) is the Dunvegan and the 1st tee/18th green of the Old Course! The accomodations are top notch. Two kitchens, two great room/lounges, spacious outdoor area (which we always take advantage of), replica road hole bunker (you have to hit at least one out of it!), beautifully appointed bedrooms, luxurious tiled bathrooms with high end showers, and space enough for people to gather together or find their own quiet niche. June provides all the service you can ask for and will work together with you to insure that you have the most wonderful time and stay. Highly recommend this property to family groups and golfers. Proximity to the Old Course, the Jigger Inn, the Dunvegan and all of St. Andrews cannot be overlooked. Thanks again, June, for a great place to stay and absorb the St. Andrews experience.

Outstanding Apartment

This apartment property is outstanding. Stayed here with 2 other couples for a week and we hope to return in the near future. It is a great property with all the amenities of being home. Close to the Old Course and right in the heart of the village. Every where you walked you feel the spirit of St. Andrews. Just a great place to stay. Thank you June and Colin

Simply Fabulous

I can't say enough good about is property and its owners/managers. There was literally no thoughtful detail overlooked -- from the linens, towels (warmed!), beds (one of the best I've ever slept in) to the furnishings and bathroom goodies -- everything was spot on. We were given a warm welcome and such a complete book on how everything worked that there were literally no unanswered questions. In our opinion, this property sets the standard for homes away from home!
