We loved our time here. Max and Hans were brilliant and were always available to send recommendations, the cottage is perfect for a couple and has stunning views over the bay. We will definitely be back soon!
Definitely cosy, but beautiful setting overlooking Agni Bay. Bathroom needs modernising but a great base to explore all the wonderful bays around northern Corfu. Better to have met Max at the property rather than diverting someway inland to do so - he would then have given us a much clearer outline of what the cottage is really like re. amenities and processes. Website needs to match what is actually in the place - we had to ask for a fan, hairdryer etc and Miranda is lovely but we had to ask her to clean and take rubbish away rather than her doing this on regular days. A lovely experience but still room for improvement.

I think the property description for our initial choice, the Nausica House, was not true to the property. Yes, a maisonette wth the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom. It was connected with a narrow staircase and no place to hang your clothes. No word of the difficult exterior access. 40 steps down an uneven stone staircase. We said we could not stay, too inconvenient.
The property managers were more than gracious and offered us a different, much more comfortable property for the same price. And kept checking to make sure we were comfortable all was well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with absolutely amazing views. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. During our stay we had a regular cleaning service, together with fresh bed linen and towels.Would highly recommend and would love to return!
Many Thanks

Lovely little cottage with fantastic views of Agni Bay
We had a wonderful week at Nancy's cottage. It is a perfect space for two with a little terrace with really splendid views. Despite being mid September the weather was fantastic but the cottage did not feel over hot and we had no problem sleeping. There are two really good fans we only needed to use one of them for a comfortable nights sleep. Agni bay is lovely with three good taverna's we also hired a boat from here and had a lovely day discovering the coastline. This is a beautiful unspoilt part of Corfu very green and we imagine great for walking in the spring and autumn. Corfu town the old part was also really impressive next time we will visit at night you can get a bus there very easily.
Nancy was lovely and communicated really well and Nikki the caretaker was charming. We would definitely recommend this property.
We stayed at Nausica house for two weeks. In advance, Nancy provided us with a detailed description of how to reach the cottage, which was extremely helpful. The communication with Nancy has been always friendly and straight to the point. Thank you very much!
The cottage has a very authentic interior. Everything was clean and in place. During our stay, the rooms has been cleaned up several times, bedding and towels have been replaced.
The location of the cottage can only be described as splendid. The backdoor out of the kitchen open a beautiful view to Agni bay and the coastline of Albania. Agni bay is within walking distance. There you find at least four tavernas and of course the beach. A little pathway leads to a beautiful little beach, which is not crowded even in high season.
Kavalarena is also a good starting point to discover the island by car as well as by bus.
We felt very comfortable in the house and its surrounding all the time.
Thank you very much!
We really enjoyed our stay in Nancyâs cottage. It was clean on our arrival and fairly easy to find. Nancy was a helpful host prior to our arrival and very kindly posted back some clothes that we had left there afterwards - I would definitely recommend her property.
The cottage is the perfect size for a couple and has a spacious upstairs bedroom and living room area and a lovely terrace with chickens overlooking Agni bay where we usually ate our breakfast. We didnât cook anything in the kitchen because it was so hot but it had enough plates/cutlery etc for our needs. Although there are fans upstairs, we did find the cottage very hot to sleep in and we did wish there had been air conditioning.
The location is good, although I would recommend having a car to get to restaurants and the beach, especially if you are too lazy to walk in the heat like we were! The cottage is in a totally unspoilt area of Corfu where there are very few tourists. Agni bay has excellent restaurants and boats for rent. There are several other bays that are 10 - 30 minutes drive away that are also all gorgeous so there is opportunity for variety.
Overall, we had great holiday in Nancyâs cottage - itâs ideal if you are looking for a base for a relaxing beach holiday away from the crowds.
A nicely renovated, traditional, stone-built cottage with basic but clean, adequate facilities on two levels - open-plan sitting area and bedroom above with small kitchen and shower below leading to a small veranda with amazing views across the bay to Albania. 400m (fairly steep) walk down (1km by car) to a small, secluded pebble beach with three good tavernas (two traditional and one more modern) and a cafe (love the coconut smoothie!). All have free wifi.
Good service from the owner and ladies who clean and keep an eye on things.
Ideal location for exploring the quieter north of the island (can be done using local transport but an air-conditioned car more flexible) such as Agios Stephanos, Kassiopi and Kalami with other hidden beaches accessible along wooded tracks. Many tavernas within easy reach - Dimitri's in the next village will pick you up if you book a table. Brilliantly stocked supermarket (Aphrodite's) with bakery and cashpoint in Nissaki.
Only negatives (depending on time of year) would be heat & humidity, mosquitos, wasps, hornets and barking dogs. Not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.
