Villa Eden est une villa de 3 chambres avec air conditionné dans chaque chambre. Il possède une grande piscine privée et un jardin offrant une vue magnifique sur la montagne. C'est une promenade de 10 minutes du centre-ville. C'est une nouvelle construction moderne avec une sensation turque, avec des sols en marbre partout. Il dispose d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon et d'un grand coin salon climatisé avec un coin traditionnel. Il y a aussi une salle à manger qui en fait une belle maison de vacances familiale. BBQ extérieur est construit. gazebo et hamac sont prêts pour vous. Beaucoup de plantes pour profiter du jardin. Internet sans fil disponible sans frais supplémentaires .Transferts disponibles à un coût supplémentaire. De nouveaux préposés à l'entretien cette année et la villa a déjà l'air bien. Merci

10 points to this wonderfull house!!!

We had a wonderful time at Arooj's house. She was very helpful with organizing a taxi and the first groceries. The house is equipped with all necessary items and clean. A dip in your own pool every morning is wonderful. The area is quiet and there is no traffic or noise nearby. A walk to the village is about 15 minutes but a taxi costs next to nothing and there are also 2 bicycles to use. Dalyan is a lovely town with plenty to do and discover. We will definitely come back and can recommend this house to everyone. 10 points as far as we are concerned!

Good accommodation in quiet part of Dalyan Dalyan

Lovely property with great outside space and large pool. All you need for a great home from home. Transfers arranged for us. Man next door gave us bottles of pomegranate juice to say hello. Easy walk into town, about 10 minutes each way.

Villa eden

The property was lovely as always however we had no Internet for the duration of our stay though the owner did pay my partner's roaming charges. Our contact in Turkey was very unhelpful and didn't solve our problem leaving me no choice but to contact the owner. The only thing she wanted to do was collect the money for the transfer then was out of contact.

Fantastic experience at Villa Eden

We enjoyed different family villas in dalyan during the last 20 years, but Villa Eden was absolutely best. The location is absolutely great, peaceful with stunning views from the balcony, wonderful big-sized private pool, well maintained gardens and a huge area for dining on the shady terrace. We used the outside BBQ very often as well as the shower after refreshing in the pool- Within the house there was a washing machine, which was a big help, the great fridge we loved and used the little one for cola and soda drinks. All sleeping rooms had well working a/c and the beds were very comfortable.We loved sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony with uninterrupted views to every side...so quit...never experienced before. There was a little issue with the internet, it was gone for more than 48 hours, it was solved finally and promised to get a new provider. Inside the kitchen there is no coffee making equipment which was no problem for us, because we had our travel press down Bodum and fresh coffee with us, just a hint for those who relay on a coffee or pad machine in the house, there is none ! Missing in this real traditional turkish house was a traditional turkish tea pot, there was no opportunioty to brew fresh cay...we bought one in town and took him back home with us for our son, perhaps one cheap for a few Lira could be arranged as general item within the villa ? The outside kosh could be electricified, to play cards in the evening? Best greetings from Tom

Just returned from a 10 day stay in the beautiful Dalyan. Excellent communication from hosts, a few small issues that were rectified quickly. Lovely villa in a lovely location, 10-15min walk into Dalyan centre. Good sized pool, gardeners and pool man came regularly. We would use Villa Eden again.

Another lovely stay

Just got back from another lovely stay at beautiful Villa Eden. Once again we visited with daughter, son in law and their two young children aged 4 and 20 months. We all fell in love with Villa Eden last year and couldn’t wait to return. Owners very communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and run up to our holiday. Fantastic, large villa with everything needed for a family stay. Very clean and well equipped. We love the location slightly out of town in a semi rural, quiet, mainly Turkish neighbourhood. Turkish neighbours lovely and friendly. Pleasant, flat walk into town, virtually traffic free, takes us around 20 mins with little children. Two small shops fairly close by. Dolmus from beach will drop you at the end of the road if you ask the driver. Taxis cheap if needed, mobility scooters and bicycles available to rent in town if required. We arrived late and the welcome pack of bread, juice and eggs was appreciated. Transfers arranged by owner were prompt and friendly. New maintenance team very good and contactable during stay via WhatsApp. The water dispenser in living area is a great feature and saves carrying heavy bottles of water from supermarket every day. We really love the location and would encourage anyone to stay slightly out of town. It’s lovely to see the local people going about their everyday lives, we even witnessed a Turkish wedding party in the next street. We all hope to return again next year!

April Dalyan adventure

Before we even got to the villa Arooj the host was so incredibly helpful with our questions and she endeavoured to solve them. She also sorted our transfer with an amazing driver that also provided a car seat for my 2 year old niece. The villa was beautiful and clean in a quiet location, the neighbour was so friendly and gave us his homegrown pomegranate juice and Mulberries. We even had a doggy visitor that would check we got home safely for a couple of nights! The Wi-Fi went down one day and once we had messaged the host it was immediately sorted that day. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your outlook, the weather was rainy on and off with bursts of sun, I think it was quite good with a littleun as it wasn’t too hot. But sadly we didn’t get much use of the pool but a pool person came to regularly clean the pool. We love Dalyan and have visited many times but it was the first time for my sister, brother in law and niece. Everyone was so accommodating towards my niece and really made a fuss of her, as this was her first holiday abroad, it really soothed my sister’s and her husbands worries when taking a tiny abroad! Thank you for such a lovely and stress free experience!

Lovely holiday

We have just returned from our second stay at this property it was a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful home.The swimming pool is very large and idea for a swim in the hot afternoons.We had a small problem with the lights and the owner arranged an electrician to arrive the next morning.Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

Have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Eden. We stayed for a week with our daughter, son in law and 2 children aged 3 and 7 months. We’ve had great communication from the host last year when our flights were cancelled due to covid restrictions and also this year in the run up to our holiday. We found the villa spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The children loved the cosy Turkish corner in the living room. It was the perfect place to keep their toys, have a daytime nap and ideal for the baby to play safely whilst we were cooking in the kitchen area. There was a really good welcome pack along with other bits I thought I’d have to go out to buy like washing up liquid, hand soap, washing powder, even cooking oil. There were ample lovely soft towels in the bathrooms and more in the wardrobes along with a few pool towels. There were also extra pillows and blankets if required. Hair dryer in the dressing table drawer in the double bedroom. We loved the location. Around 15 mins walk to town, probably less without children. Handy small supermarket on the way, near to the Binlik Hotel. It’s also worth noting that the beach road is very close to the villa, if you press the bell on the Dolmus the driver will stop at the end of the road. Very handy with tired children after a day at the beach! The location of Villa Eden was very quiet with lovely Turkish neighbours on one side and an empty plot of land on the other. We had a lovely walk into the countryside just a few minutes along the road. There is also a local mosque a few streets away. It was really nice to be staying in what is predominantly a residential area. The local people are so friendly, the man living in the house behind handed my son in law fresh oranges from his tree. The pool and garden area are lovely, there’s even a little vegetable patch behind the kitchen. The big, comfy Kosk was idea for the little ones to cool off in the shade and the small children’s pool was the 3 yr old’s favourite place to be. We would highly recommend Villa Eden for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It really does have a lovely family feel to it, really homely. We’ve only been home a couple of days and our 3 year old grandson is asking when we can go back to ‘the Turkey house’. If we return to Dalyan we will definitely not need to look for anywhere else, Villa Eden is perfect for our family. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday!

Alles sehr gut

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Genug gross für 6 Leute. Möglicherweise war es wegen Covid weniger benützt worden, daher gab es teilweise Reperaturen die aber Ahmet sofort behoben hatte. Ahmet und sein Team war super, sehr nett und freundlich. Auch der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und bemüht, das in seinem Haus nichts fehlt damit es für die Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ist. Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien und würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Beautiful villa and fantastic pool

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa we have been to Dalyan for quite a few years now and found this villa to be in a good location. The walk to town was approximately 15 minutes but the taxis are so cheap that if you don’t fancy a walk you can just grab a taxi. The pool was fantastic with the bonus of the small children’s pool on the side would definitely love to come again. Shabbir the owner was always there to answer any questions that we had and any little problems he rectified immediately via the manager

Stayed for 2 weeks in July, great property for a family holiday, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool and well kept gardens. Communication with owner is instant and helpful. Would highly recommend this lovely villa.

Wonderful holiday in Dalyan

We spent a lovely 2 weeks at Villa Even in September.The Villa was perfect for a relaxing holiday.It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.We had had a small problem with the shower but Shabbir sent someone to replace in straight away.The swimming pool was large and very welcome to cool down in every afternoon.We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for a holiday in Dalyan.

Great Villa - Recommended

Beautiful spacious villa with a very large pool and great outdoor space. Always somewhere to be in the shade if needed. Air Con downstairs and in all bedrooms which is very welcome. The Villa is far enough away from the centre to be quiet but near enough to walk for all amenities . i.e. Supermarkets, Migros, Bim & SOK which are all within a short 10 minute walk and the many restaurants and bars. There is a good amount of shops, the usual you would expect. Definitely haggle when you buy as it works. The communication from the owner Shabbir is excellent and if you have any issues or questions he will respond very quickly or send someone round to the villa to help. Shabbir also arranges the airport transfers if you wish and I would recommend that you do as it very reasonable and takes away the stress. The driver was there as promised at the airport waiting for us. I would recommend this villa and Dalyan itself as there is plenty to do. Thank You Shabbir for a great holiday

Great villa

Villa is in a good location 10 minutes walk into town, or 5 minutes if you hire bikes. The villa was very clean, beds are comfortable, down stairs furniture slightly dated or tired but spent most of time on veranda so didn't matter, plenty of hanging space, and the kitchen is fully equipped for most holiday dining. The pool was amazing much larger than we thought and the kids had so much fun in it. The pool man came every other day to clean and hover the bottom. Plenty of garden furniture and sun beds two hammocks. Air con very efficient especially at night. Great view of mountains all around. Would recommend for a great family holiday.

Very well equipped villa with spacious living area and shady veranda

The villa is conveniently situated for walking into town (10-15 mins) and the new market location. It is well equipped for a family stay (plenty of crockery and cutlery, dishwasher and washing machine) and the pool/children's pool were well maintained. It is very useful having two bikes at the property. Ricky, the property manager, was very attentive and helpful. It was also possible to contact Shabbir by email We stayed with our daughter, son in law and grandson, have been here 3 times now and will come back again.

Stunning Villa in an amazing location

Myself and my family have just returned from a 10 night stay at this villa and we truly had the best time ever. The villa itself is very spacious and had everything we needed! The air conditioning was amazing and well needed in 35 degree temperatures! The pool was a great size for us all and was cleaned every day! The kids absolutely loved spending most of their day playing in here! We used the bbq most evenings and sat outside for eating. The outside shaded seating area was also amazingly helpful for the kids. The 2 hammocks were very relaxing and the grape vine growing over the top was beautiful. The garden was so beautiful, full of lemon, orange and pomegranate trees and pretty flowers. The passing cows everyday was also a joy for the kids who loved watching them. The location really is only a 10 minute stroll to the centre, with Migros, bim and sok, all supermarkets being right there as you come into the town. Bikes are brilliant as only took a couple of minutes to get to one of these supermarkets to get any food needed. We definitely recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again. Shabbir the owner and Pasha the manager were both always helpful before and during our holiday and were always on hand to answer any questions.

Great location, lovely villa and large pool

This was our second time at the villa (first time we've ever returned to the same villa in all our years of family holidays) and we again had a fantastic time. The location is great, close to the riverside restaurants and local shops but peaceful and relaxing. The bikes are a bonus, leisurely cycle to get fresh bread beats walking in the heat any day. As with last time, any problems were quickly resolved - we had a problem with the wifi, emailed Shabbir and it was fixed later that day. Loved the fact the local turkeys meandered past a few times and the loved watching the daily trek by the three cows who always managed to squeeze between the car and garden wall no matter how tight it was!! Since our last visit, the villa was as we remembered, maybe do with a wee bit repair on garden walls and replacement linen but the villa manager told us that was in hand. The pool was clean and serviced daily as was the garden. Shabbir was really helpful throughout the booking process, great communications and was more than happy to let us have a late check out to fit in with our flight home. Will definitely be back!

A well placed Villa but which is tired and in need of some TLC

We know Dalyan and so chose this villla based primarily on its ideal location and as a result of the reviews that stated tha it was clean and well equipped. We arranged transfer to the Villa from Dalaman airport via the owner and this was perfect, with our driver waiting at the airport on our arrival as planned. We may have been unlucky as we were clearly the first customers of this year but when we arrived at the Villa it was clearly not very clean. The kitchen floor was dusty, the bin was filthy and the cupboard under the sink was damp and therefore had small insects crawling around inside. It was suggested that there would be a small welcome pack but this consisted of five stale cakes albeit there was fresh milk, teabags and water. The freezer door had clearly been closed and switched off during the winter and switched on again prior to our arrival. It was therefore full of mould that had now been frozen... we spent the first morning cleaning things. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but everything was tired and in need of replacing. The bedding and bath towels were clean but were clearly old and the pool towels were stained from years of use. There were no spare towels or bedding. The advert for the Villa stated that you could pay for an additional midweek clean of the Villa which we assumed meant that the Villa would be cleaned at the end of each week. We stayed sixteen days and the Villa was only cleaned by us. The worst part on our arrival was the state of the pool. There was a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool, green residue covering the tiles and a large quantity of leaves/ foliage floating on the top. The first morning the pool man arrived and made comment that the pump was not working and took it away to be fixed. He then arrived that afternoon and spent several hours cleaning and vacuuming the bottom and using the net to get the floating debris off the top. It was clear tha the pool had not been cleaned for weeks and that the faulty pump prevented the pool man from cleaning the pool that morning. We have no idea why the pool was left until the day after our arrival but it was really off putting... The render is falling off the garden walls and it is clear that the Villa is in need of some serious updating to bring it back to its former quality. As a positive, the Villa is a small three bedroom property that is ideally placed, being a ten minute walk from town. The air conditioning worked effectively and the wifi was very good.

Absolutely fantastic villa, great location, well equipped and great local contact

We have stayed in Turkey, and Dalyan, many times and have to say this is the best equipped villa we have ever been to. Without a shadow of doubt we will return to this villa and would highly recommend it. Property description was accurate and the villa was exceptionally clean. It is in a great location. Only a ten minute walk to the main street in Dalyan through a quiet residential area. I was a little worried it maybe too far out when I read another review which mentioned cows and chickens. But it isn't, it is in a lovely quiet location and a nice stroll into town. A lady passed by each day with her cows and 20 turkeys of varying sizes visited us daily. We were even adopted by a local cat which the kids called 'Trip Hazard' who visited us daily. It was great and it made you feel part of the local area. The villa itself had a great layout, very homely and the kitchen was very well equipped - everything you needed which is rare. Air con in all the rooms and plenty of garden furniture for us all. Loved the outside comfy gazebo (not sure what the Turks call them) area which we used daily. There were even two bikes which we used to go into town for shopping, exploring the local area and riding to the river for our morning coffee to watch the river boats. A real bonus as not many villas provide bikes. The owner Shabbir was great and any questions we had through the whole process were answered quickly. Shabbir even organised our transfers which were waiting for us at the airport and came back on time for our return journey. We were met at the property by Pasha who showed us around and answered any question we had. Pasha even took us to the supermarket because it was late and because we wanted to walk back, he then returned to the villa to make sure we found our way back to the villa in the dark. The welcome pack in the villa for when we arrived was great and included basic items. Again, a great bonus as some owners charge additional for welcome packs. Our deposit was returned quickly as well. 10 out of 10. A fantastic villa and great customer service from Shabbir.

Fabulous Villa

Villa Eden is a fabulous villa. It has all of the home comforts that you need. It's clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool were attended every day whilst we were staying. The rooms are all good sizes and the air conditioning was a must. The veranda provides welcome shade for most of the day especially when you want to get out of the sun for breakfast and lunch. The swimming pool is a really good size, great for swimming and not just paddling in, (although you do need to be tall to paddle, as like most Turkish pools, it's pretty deep all round). The owner was available to resolve any issues, that arose and they were resolved pretty quickly. What we especially liked was the area around thew villa. There were some holiday villas dotted about but it was mainly amongst locals. We even had 5 chickens that regularly visited and walked round the garden as well as the lady that took her three cows for milking every day. I used the bike every day to get fresh bread and groceries from the supermarket, really saves time from walking. As the description says, it's about a ten minute walk to the main street and all the bars/restaurants. I would certainly recommend the villa.
