Ce charmant complexe de 2 chambres à coucher a l'avantage d'être situé dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Pueblo Marino, à seulement 10 minutes de route de Torrevieja et à quelques minutes de marche des plages au drapeau bleu de La Mata. Il est situé dans un complexe privé et bénéficie d'un grand solarium sur le toit et une terrasse de bonne taille à l'avant de l'appartement, idéal pour le petit-déjeuner et des boissons tranquilles à la fin de la journée, tous deux dotés d'un mobilier d'extérieur. Il y a trois piscines bleues cristallines convenant à tous les âges et entourées d'un magnifique jardin bien entretenu / zone de bronzage agrémentée de palmiers et de plantes. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement autour du complexe. Bars, restaurants et supermarchés se trouvent tous à quelques pas de cet appartement. Torrevieja se trouve à quelques minutes en bus. Vous y trouverez quelque chose pour tous les goûts, du bowling au marché du soir situé sur le front, en passant par une vie nocturne animée pour qu’une bonne nuit ne soit jamais bien loin.

Séjour agréable

L'appartement est agréable, bien meublé, bien que le lit deux personnes soit un peu petit (140 cm). La résidence est tranquille hors saison, peut être plus animée en été mais ça ne doit pas gêner les vacanciers. La situation n'est pas idéale si vous souhaitez vous rendre en ville ou à la plage à pied, tout deux n'étant pas à côté. La piscine est magnifique et le barbecue bien pratique. Les agents de Mari sont présents et serviables, je n'ai pas eu d'ennuis pour récupérer ma caution. Des bouquins sont disponibles sur place (en anglais). Nous avons laissé un plan des lignes de bus et de la ville ainsi que des environs, bien utile pour les vacanciers. Très joli domaine naturel à la Mata.

Lovely apartment in a gated urbanization. Two separate outside areas with shade required if needed. Great barbecue too...really enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Pool lovely and warm - just remember, no inflatables in Torrivieja shared pools. Mari was a great host - very quick to solve any issues we had as was Jimena who met us at the property and was frequently in touch to ensure everything was ok. Very much recommend.

Neat apartment in a quiet area

We had a great week in Torrevieja! The apartment was perfect for our family (4) The apartment was located in a quiet location on the edge of the city. The apartment was clean, as was the pool area. The apartment was a little smaller than we expected (picture from livingroom), but we still fit well. The roof terrace, the size of the entire apartment, was great. The trip to the beach was a bit long to walk in the hot heat, but La Mata beach was pleasant. You could get to the city by bus from a nearby stop. Everything went really well with Mari and the apartment manager! Thank you!

2nd time of staying here, that says it all. Love it here and will surely go again at some time.

It's a lovely place in a secure community with everything you need. Only a short bus journey to the town centre, or just go to the local bars and restaurants.

Really secure gated complex pools fantastic host responds to messages really quickly apartment has everything you need. Beds comfy air con in living room only but fans available only negative is that a little dusty but that could be heat. Would definitely return and owner great at getting straight back to you both if any issues Would definitely recommend

Great apartment made for a great holiday.

Lovely clean apartment in a gated community with lovely pool area. Just right if you don’t want to be in the center of everything and like peace and quite. But also close enough for when you do want the usual holiday stuff. Highly recommended and would definitely return here.

A great find. Lugar agradable!

On arrival we met the agent Gemma, who was really attentive and informative. The apartment met our needs and some...... The roof top terrace is a must for all sun lovers. Clean accommodation and comfy beds. The communal pools were excellent allowing us to cool off from the summer sun. Short bus ride to Torre La Mata and Torrevieja town, even though there are local amenities, bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommended 😎

Great holiday in lovely apartment

My daughter and I have just returned from our first holiday in Spain. We had a great relaxing week in this lovely apartment on this very nice complex. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Garry and Lesley, the agents, very welcoming and informative. We can highly recommend the food and service at Boston Tavern, Chino and Sunshine which are all within walking distance. We had a great time and will happily recommend to others. Very Pleasant

CLEAN AND HOMELY

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and tidy And had everything we needed including an Info pack. Everything in working order. Also had gazebo on roof terrace with sun loungers a bbq and table and chairs. Everything was well maintained. Owner was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know We weren't disappointed

Clean appartment and plenty of clean linen had a enjoyable stay

property clean, a comfortable bed and good shower above the bath. Unit a bit small for us, as kitchen had no oven, if we had wanted to cook, but for a week it was fine., Linen all clean and overall stay was very good.

Lovely apartment- Just what you need

Spent a long weekend at the apartment, very pleased. Apartment in good condition very clean and presentable. The urbanisation was very secure, only you and others living there can gain access. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area, with the main town only a short taxi journey away. Wifi in the apartment which is a real bonus, and also found the roof top terrace a great place to relax in the afternoon and great space to sit and have a evening meal. Will defiantly be returning again in the future. A big thank you to Mari, very helpful on suggestions of where to go and places to visit.

WARNING !!!! I booked this apartment 31st Aug. 2016 to 26th Oct. 2016 included in the agreed fee was a final clean and a refundable security deposit. On arriving at the apartment the local agent asked me to pay for the final clean which I explained I had already paid but to save any argument I did pay it again, he said he would take it up with the owner. On returning home I emailed and phoned the owner a number of times who finally agreed to refund me the overpayment of the final clean together with the security deposit. I have since emailed and phoned the owner but she will not reply me. I wonder how many times this happens with this owner. Sorry to have to say DO NOT TRUST THIS OWNER

Excellent holiday appartment

The apartment is in a good, quiet and secure area, yet within 5 minutes walk of supermarket, shops and bars. We found it to be clean, spacious and well appointed. Small problem with internet connectivity but that was resolved after a couple of days. The roof top terrace is ideal for sunbathing and BBQ though we were not blessed with good weather. About 20 minutes walk to a good beach towards La Mata. Some confusion over payments to local agent, but that was also resolved. Would definitely stay there again.

Just what you need :-)

Amazing villa with 2 rooms, access to pool, private roof terrace, BBQ and sunbeds. Everything apart from food is provided and the standard is high. Thank you!

Great holiday

Thank you Mari I had a great holiday the apartment was lovely and enjoyed the sun from early morning til late at night. The beach was great and every thing you need at hand. I can see me coming back as I loved the area.

The Place to stay

The apartment was well maintained with very good ameneties. The roof terrace was a real bonus to laze away the late afternoon before venturing out for the night. The resort of Torreveija was just a short local bus ride away and using the "a" or "c" bus was simple specially with a bus stop right outside. It is only a short walk to the beach front with its bars and i would reccomend the restraunts and bars close by. The complex where the apartment was sited was very peacful and quiet and the three level pool was a very big plus point. Me and my wife would most definitely use it again.

I am Mari Jones, We live in Wales with our 2 children and pets. We bought our apartment some years ago now as we enjoy the freedom self catering offers a family. Coming and going as you please. Our first sight of our complex were the pools and it's close proximity to the beaches. This was exactly what we were looking for in a holiday, the pools were some of the nicest we had seen in all the hotels we had stayed in over the years. Our Children are getting older now but I still enjoy going over to the apartment and relish in the peace of the place. I hope you'll enjoy looking at our property.
