Cette maison de piscine de trois chambres et deux salles de bains est une retraite de bienvenue pour tous! Venez profiter de cette maison située dans le quartier calme Rose Garden juste en face de Tarpon Point Marina à Cape Coral. Cette maison dispose d'une retraite étonnante arrière-cour, y compris une piscine d'eau salée, des chaises longues surdimensionnées au soleil, des meubles de jardin confortables sous la véranda, et un endroit ombragé pour les repas en plein air.

Toutes les trois chambres disposent de lits queen size confortables et assez d'espace de rangement pour déballer pour votre séjour. La suite principale comprend deux lavabos, une grande douche à l'italienne et un dressing. La deuxième salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche. Beaux carreaux et planchers de bois franc partout. Les serviettes sont fournies pour les invités à utiliser dans la maison ainsi que la piscine et la plage. Il y a aussi des chaises, un parasol, une glacière et une couverture de plage pour votre voyage à la plage. Laveuse, sécheuse et savon à lessive sont disponibles pour votre usage.

La cuisine est équipée avec tous les appareils, vaisselle et ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour avec un barbecue à gaz sur le patio. Du savon à vaisselle et du savon pour le lave-vaisselle sont fournis. Vous n'êtes pas intéressé à cuisiner pendant votre séjour? Marcher moins de 10 minutes à une variété de restaurants ou prendre un verre au bar extérieur donnant sur la marina. Le stationnement est disponible si vous préférez conduire. La marina offre des possibilités de louer des bateaux, des kayaks de mer, des planches de paddle pour naviguer entre les mangroves. Vous pouvez même apercevoir un lamantin! Peut-être préféreriez-vous faire de la pêche ou faire une croisière au delphinarium au coucher du soleil? Ces services et d'autres sont également disponibles. Perfect home for families!

Very clean and organized. This house had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. for day trips! We would definitely stay again!

Very enjoyable stay at this property. Manager responded promptly to texts/calls and we would absolutely book again. Would recommend pre-loading funds for Leeway toll bridge crossing into Ft Myers if possible.

This is a lovely house in quiet neighborhood near a marina with shops and restaurants. The owner and assistant went out of their way to help us when our flight was canceled, and it was very appreciated.

Home away from home

We spent almost one month at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The house offered a great pool and all the facilities you need for a great vacation. Our daughter loved all the games and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the nice area by the pool.

Quiet Neighborhood Getaway

Just as advertised and more. We wanted a nice place away from the crowd & this home delivered for us. Very quiet location yet close to groceries and the toll bridge for beach trips. More than ample beach gear was provided as well as bicycles. Pool and lanai area were in great condition. Definitely will be considering this home again for our next trip to southwest Florida.

Wonderful stay!

Great property, walking distance to The Westin, where you can find a very pleasant walk around the resort (with shops, restaurants and nice lookout over the water and boat dock). The house is very clean, spacious, well organized, the owner and manager of property very easy to get a hold of. I cant say we spent much time in the area, but driving to Naples (an hour away) was a pretty easy drive and not hard to make. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful setting and welcoming home.

Peacefully Perfect

We stayed at this property for 8 days! My parents, my sister and her children, and myself and husband. The house was 100% as described. There was welcoming details such as a wine bottle with a note and a tolite paper flower that made the stay special. The property manager was very communicative with us! We loved the pool and felt like the overall place was great! The neighborhood was quite and we were 30 to 45 minutes from several beaches. I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Beautiful house

My family and I were impressed with the house. Very clean,everything organized ,nice view, the manager very nice, and yes, definitely a peaceful neighborhood. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the house is very far from the beach. But the rest is extremely excellent. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Just waiting on to received our deposit back 😊😊.

A Sunny Escape!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rose Garden Retreat. Sara was so easy to contact with any questions we had. The house is very clean and super organized. The house is a short 10 minute walk to the marina where we often ate meals and enjoyed beverages overlooking the marina. And we certainly took advantage of the fudge and ice cream shop there too! The pool at the house was just perfect to cool off from the warm Florida sun. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to go back! We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful and relaxing get away

The perfect stay for a destination wedding!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights for a friends destination wedding near Ft. Meyers Beach. We had 6 adults in the house and there was more than enough room. The house was well stocked with towels, various kitchen items, pool toys, beach toys bikes, TV's with cable in every room and much more. The house was also within walking distance to a local Marina that had small shops, restaurants and boat rentals. We also drove to Ft. Meyers Beach a couple of the days and it was nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and blankets available to use. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone because it was very clean and Sara the owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice house but uncomfortable

The house was clean and nice in a great location but the air conditioning is unsatisfactory! The house would not cool down and it was very uncomfortable the property manager was very good and really tried to help she called in an air conditioner company to look at it he said the system is old and not powerful enough to cool the house.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was our second time renting property in Cape Coral. The property looked just as shown on the Home Away website. Our interactions with Sara, the property owner, before we arrived made it easy to find and enter the rental. Inside, it was spacious, bright, and clean. One thing we liked about the décor was that it was not “typically” beach themed. It was modern and very comfortable. Although we only stayed for a long weekend and had not planned on doing much food preparation, we did cook dinner one evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms sizes were very nice and we had plenty of space to relax. The master bath was very comfortable and there was the living/dining space between the master bedroom and the two other bedrooms, offering more than adequate privacy, though we stayed there alone. The house was on a canal and it was so nice to sit on the lanai and watch the water in the quiet, nice neighborhood. We were unable to use the pool but we waited too long to inform the owner, who responded immediately and was sincerely apologetic when informed. Sara informed us the pool company was there the day we arrived and everything was checked out to be working. It may have been our unfamiliarity with the system. The TVs worked fine as did the wi-fi. It was near food and other shopping and across the street to the entrance for the Westin Resort complex. One morning we walked around the neighborhood and across the street to the Rotary Park Mangrove Preserve. It was a nice place to take a long walk (which we did) or to ride bikes. The neighbors and those we encountered were friendly and many others were taking walks as well. We would stay there again and we recommend this home to others.

Family Friendly House

Sara was super helpful and responsive. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood The host has really thought of everything….towels, games, beach items, pool toys, etc. The outdoor space was great…umbrella, chairs, comfortable furniture and a grill….perfect space! The house was comfortable and clean🙂

Staycation

We are Floridians just looking for a couple of days away- this listing did not disappoint. Beautiful pool (with TONS of awesome pool toys and a beautiful sitting area for a tired mom!) and outdoor area, communication was fantastic with the host, and the house was super comfy and VERY kid friendly. I would absolutely recommend this amazing house and host!!!

Exceeded every expectation!

The property was spacious, sparkling clean, and a short walk to the Westin Resort and assorted restaurants/shops. They had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. We didn’t need anything additional for our days out at the beach! The communication from Sara was always timely and helpful. We’d love to be back; it’s a terrific value for such a lovely home.

Relaxing and lovely

We stayed at this property as we toured the gulf coast of Florida. Not wanting to get out and about on a Saturday, we relaxed at the house playing pool, swimming, and nature walking. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We had an easy drive to Sanibel on Sunday - and are thankful for the beach supplies provided by the home owners!
