Cette rénovation récente est magnifiquement apaisante dans des teintes de jaune tendre, décor nautique blanc et bleu. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter! Votre salon et chambre à coucher ont un balcon étendu qui donne sur la Nostalgique Cocoa Beach Pier au sud. Juste en dessous de votre balcon est l'une des plus grandes piscines de Cocoa Beach! Le green offre des heures de plaisir pour les enfants pendant que vous regardez depuis votre balcon avec des boissons à la main.

First time guests at Nautical Paradise & already looking forward to our next visit to Cocoa Beach! Close to dining, pier, entertainment & grocery/convenient stores. Property is ocean view w/ pool on site-facing ocean. Quiet location, except the peaceful sound of crashing waves!. Easy check-in, will recommend to friends/family!

The location is everything! Great views of the beach, ocean, and even cruise ships heading out. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice peaceful location, and would highly recommend.

Cocoa beach stay

The property had everything we needed. It was clean, the kitchen had so many options for cooking. The kids loved the bunk beds! It was nice having beach items to take down to the beach and not travel with them. The chair for sure is ready to be retired though! We enjoyed our entire stay!

Great place!

It was a beautiful place! Plenty of room and it had everything you needed. We did purchase food at the Publix which is just across A1A. We've discussed using this every year!

Beautiful location! Offered everything we needed with three kids! Loved having access to the beach!

What an amazing property! We loved all the space and extra amenities (boogie boards, chairs for the beach, towels). Our stay was perfect! Beds were comfortable, the view was spectacular, and Cocoa Beach is the perfect location! Thank you for opening our condo to us so we could create so many family memories!

4 adults long weekend

This condo was perfect for us to spend a few days in Florida after a cruise. The location was perfect, view breathtaking and the beautiful sand beach gave us plenty to do. The condo is on the 4th floor with elevator access and was comfortable for us, it’s one block from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants are wishing walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic location, amazing view and comfortable furnishings

This was our first time staying In this condo and it won’t be the last! It’s centrally locates between downtown and the port, has a fantastic view of the sunrise and pier, and the furnishings are very comfortable! We LOVED it! This is the way to vacation on Cocoa Beach!

We loved the property! It was clean and quiet. The view was beautiful. My kids enjoyed having access to boogie boards for the beach! Only thing we would recommend is a drying rack for towels and bathing suits! Very nice stay!

Great condo in Cocoa Beach

Cocoa Beach Towers is a great condo for a family vacation. Condo was very spacious, clean and up to date. Only complaint was the pool closes too early in the evening. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Loved it!

Condo was spacious and super clean , great location in walking distance to many bars/restaurants. Beach was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing and the pool was quiet and relaxing. Check in was so easy. We loved everything about it!! I would highly recommend to friends and family. We definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Perfect vacation condo for a couple, two couples or a family

The property is right on Cocoa Beach a short walk from the pier! There is plenty to do around Cocoa Beach even if an afternoon rain storm shows up. Because the property is angled towards the ocean you can literally walk out on the patio every morning to watch the sunrise! And at night you can go out the front door to see the sunset.

We've come to this building numerous times, but this is the first in this unit. It's likely the nicest we've stayed at in the building. great access to the ocean, pool and pier. We'll definitely be back to the building, and if this unit is available on our dates we'll happily rebook. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice set up with great view and beach access

Everything was as described. Very clean and everything in working order. Only draw backs would be neighborhood is not the best but knew this when I booked. The other is the hallways and elevators are dark, very dirty and musty. The unit was a pleasant surprise after arriving the first time. As it was the opposite

Great Location Great Views

My one and only complaint was how hard the bed was (in bedroom with bunk beds). Didn't sleep too well because of the hardness. But aside from that, CLEAN condo, even the balcony was spotless (lovely to sit out on all the time too!) Thankfully washer/dryer is right next door (at a cost) as we needed more clean towels throughout the week. Just a nice condo overall. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo with everything you need!

We had a great, six- night stay here. The condo is wonderfully equipped with everything you need to cook, eat, sleep, do laundry, entertain, and enjoy a beachside vacation! The view from the large balcony is marvelous. The complex is very quiet and near to many restaurants and stores (within walking distance). The furniture is comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely updated. There are plenty of extra towels & pillows. There are at least six beach chairs, two boogie boards, children’s beach toys & even some handy coolers to use. We would definitely stay here, again, and highly recommend it. And by the way... “Pita Paradise” has amazing Mediterranean food!

Very convenient

The unit parking spot was very close to elevator for easy luggage transport. The condo is right next to the laundry room which is very handy. It overlooked the pool so we could watch our teen girls swim while we ate lunch in the patio. There was a great view on pool/beach/pier. Loved everything. If there was one downfall it was that the pool closes at 8:20 every night. We understand quiet hours but that’s a little early. Overall great condo.

Great location! Amazing views!

The location is Great! You can walk/ride bikes to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, the one of a kind Ron Jon Surf Shop, mini golf, restaurants etc. Publix grocery is right across the highway. The views are amazing! You can see the pier, beach, pool, and the cruise ships coming and going. The cruise ships are awesome at night all lit up. We appreciate the assigned covered parking steps from the elevators. The condo is on 4th floor just steps from the elevators and next to laundry area. Very convenient. The condo is spacious and I like there is plenty of seating. The dining seats six and also has 3 bar stools. The pool is large and has plenty of loungers and table and chairs and restrooms. The beach walkover is gated with code given only to residents and guests. Has area to wash sandy feet and beach equipment. We also seen a tennis court but we did not use. We had a great stay!

Great place, could use some updating

This was our second time staying in this building, first time in this unit. Plenty of room for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 adult-sized teens and a 10 yr old. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool out to the ocean. Master bedroom furniture could use an update - looked very dated and felt rickety. Second bedroom was good for the kids - however, with bunkbeds and a king bed in there, there was very little floor space left - it was hard for the kids to have all their things in there with only one dresser shoved in the closet. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom, but the unit really could use more hooks to hang them. There were no towels provided for the kitchen at all. The kitchen was an odd mish-mash of glassware, utensils, appliances and pots/pans. The coffee pot DEFINATELY needs to be replaced - burner is completely corroded and buttons are missing. For the love of all coffee drinkers, please replace that coffee pot! We were happy to have beach items available - however, the large beach umbrella is broken in a few places and the beach chairs are old, saggy and rusted. The bogie boards were a nice surprise however! Overall, this unit was ok. It truly is the location that makes this place so great. We would definitely stay in this building again - but would not choose this unit.

Beautiful Location & Clean Grounds/Beach

My daughter and I enjoyed 4 days of R&R in Cocoa Beach. The condo and grounds were very clean with a nice boardwalk to the beach. The view to the south is the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Space Center to the north. The four stars for listing accuracy are related to the gym/fitness center that was nowhere to be found. There was a nice swimming pool and tennis courts, but no fitness center.
