Piscine à débordement chauffée à l'énergie solaire avec toboggan de 50 ', jacuzzi, putting green, foyer, structure de jeu, terrain de basket et table de billard. L'emplacement offre deux hectares d'un cadre serein comme un parc privé avec des vues fantastiques. Récemment rénové avec des planchers en pierre travertin et bois franc. Téléviseurs à écran plat muraux dans chaque chambre, plus un grand téléviseur à écran plat dans la salle familiale et le salon!

Awesome Place!

The property was very spacious and accommodating. Kid friendly and lots of stuff to do and not get bored. Would love to return in the future.

Very clean property. Great view of the city. Also lots of entertainment for the whole family

Overall our stay was great. The property was ready for us when we arrived and the whole family enjoyed the stay. It was located in an area that allowed for us to do the activities that we had planned with no problem.

Awesome house!

A group of my friends and I stayed at this property and it was perfect for all 12 of us. The pool was amazing, we loved the slide. The view from the house is also super cool. Overall we had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

We had a great time! The pool and water slide were perfect for our family with ages ranging from 2-77 years of age! The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean! Thank you!

Amazing property!

My family and i loved staying at this property! The house was amazing and so were all the activities included in your own backyard! Our favorite part would probably have to be the view! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony and backyard of this property was awesome! Thank you for making this trip so memorable for all of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing backyard

You rent this house for the amazing backyard - pool slide trampoline putting green grill outdoor living room! Amazing views - great for a big family reunion! We had a lot of fun at our pool days! Big family room and living room to for movies and playing pool inside

Underwhelmed

The pictures of the property exaggerated the current state of the home and property. I would say that overall it is tired and needs some significant maintenance/upgrade. We found the kitchen lacking oven mitts, a kettle, dishcloth for doing dishes, larger pots, etc. The dishwasher worked but soap dispenser was broken. The keurig coffee maker worked but had a crack in the water container so it leaked water on the counter. The fridge was so cold it froze vegetables etc. which we then needed to throw out. The water dispenser was not working so we bought bottled water. The showers gave a lot of hot water, no issue but the control knobs need to be looked at, they were lose and it made it hard to get the correct temperature. After a smoke alarm went off owner was quick to come and replace it, we did appreciate that. The heating/cooling system made upstairs bedroom very cold and lower ones warm. It was nice to have laundry facilities on the property along with detergent for our use. The pool was the best thing on the property and after having paid extra to have it heated, the children played in it for hours. The water slide needs some attention to the cracks on the slide which scratched the children’s bottoms. Once we figured out they could slide down on a broken floaty it was much better. The hot tub was lovely but the temperature was set too high to really enjoy it. The gas bbq needed some attention - only one burner appeared to work reliably.

Accommodating

The property was exactly what we needed to gather as such a large family. There was plenty of space for the young and older. We stayed on a rainy weekend but with the covered outdoor space with Tv and firepit and indoor games, it worked out perfectly. The kitchen area was our favorite gathering spot. Great time.

We loved this place.

This place was amazing and very accommodating! It was large enough for our party of 16 and there was plenty of towels, linens, and beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The pool area was our favorite and we spent most of our time out there. It was very clean and comfy! Kevin was super easy to get a hold of and communicated well. We will be coming back in the future!

Good but not Great

We really enjoyed the location and ease of access to the beach and San Diego sites. We were a bit disappointed in some of the features of the house. Though the critical issues were resolved by the homeowner by the end of our stay, it was surprising these issues were not cared for earlier. Also, the kitchen was adequate but under stocked with cooking utensils and dish cloths. Great space- great accommodations- just needs a little TLC and touch up in some areas for the advertised price.

Very disappointed in property and owner!

We were disappointed in the property! When we arrived there was a refrigerator, washer and dryer at the top of the driveway and the backyard was under construction (which started the day before we arrived) which we knew nothing about. There was jagged pieces of concrete pebbles on the patio and pool deck, rusty rebar left in the flowerbeds, and piles of wood left near the basketball court. Then to top it off, a few days into our trip a moving truck arrived to unload stuff in the garage and that person, along with his wife and dog, proceeded to stay on the property in an RV next to the basketball court for the the next four days. The owner had rented part of the property to another person and did not disclose this on the listing (he has since added it to the listing after this incident) and failed to tell us before we arrived . The property manager was just as shocked as we were to discover the double rental and tried to get the owner to make it right but had no luck. When I talked to the owner, he stated that he has double rented the property for a year and half, yet he never disclosed this on the VRBO listing. I recommend staying away from this property as the owner is not very responsive and does not appear to care about his renters.

Fun house w/ some quirks

Overall it's a great place to have a bunch of families over to spend quality time together. Pool & slide during the day and jacuzzi & fire pit at night worked great. It's clear though that the house is a vacation rental—there are a few broken and quirky things throughout the house. The fridge was missing a bunch of shelves and the water filter & ice machine were broken. The grill outside has a hole on the top, which allows the head to escape. There are tupperware lids but no bottoms. At the end of the day we were able to work around these issues and have a lot of fun together.

Weekend celebration with family

Renting this beautiful was a wonderful experience. We were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary. The home was perfect for the occasion: Kid friendly and many fun activities for adults as well. We highly recommend this home and would love to return in the future. Not as expected

First of all, the house itself has lots of potential, however, it is poorly cared for. We had to buy our own bleach to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. There were lots of things not working ex...dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker and the jacuzzi was dirty. The owner did come out to clean the jacuzzi. There was lots of trash on and around the property. Before leaving, we were advised to wash the bath towels ourselves. Blinds were missing pieces. The house is only 4 bedrooms, not 6. There is a bed in the laundry room and 3 more beds in a makeshift. The linens looked dirty when we got there so we had to wash them ourselves and remake the beds. The house really needs a thorough cleaning. The outside furniture is old and some chairs are broken. The pictures shown on the listing are very old. The furniture looks nothing like that now. The pool, however, is beautiful!

Backyard was the best!

This house is perfect for a large group of 20 somethings. It felt like a frat house and the cleanliness matched about that as well. All of the mattresses were lumpy and the air mattress deflated overnight for use. The vent to the dryer was broken so it made the bedroom that's in the laundry room very dusty. There were a lot of cracks, damages, stains to corners, carpet, walls, etc. The screen doors were difficult to open/close, the sectional downstairs wasn't connected so the pieces kept splitting apart. If it wasn't for the backyard, this would've been an awful stay but the kids had fun. The adults left exhausted from lack of sleep. We also had to purchase our own dishwashing soap, sponges, and there wasn't enough cutlery for the size the house accommodated. There were also broken/cracked drawers in the fridge.

2nd time better than the first!

This was the second time we have stayed with Kevin. 1st time was for my son's wedding. 5 years later we went back with not only my kids but their kids. The kids enjoyed the play structure, trampoline and being able to run around. The adults enjoyed the water features, fire pit, pool and ping pong table. We had additional family visit during the day and we never felt cramped. Lots of room inside and out. We are already thinking about our next family get together!

Everything you need in one place!!!

Our group of friends had an absolute blast at Kevins place. There are so many things to do we hardly left the house. There was plenty of room for everyone; two living rooms which made it nice for those that wanted to have conversation and those that would rather play pool/foosball. The outdoor area was perfect for us as, and we spent most of our time in the pool and enjoying the water slide. We also used the outdoor bbq and bar every night. Highly recommend for a super fun weekend with friends or family.

We had young kids (8) that loved the pool & waterslide, trampoline, foosball, outdoor movie screen. Home was everything we expected. The outdoor patio dining, BBQ was used daily.

Overpriced Nightmare - Bug Bites, Air Conditioning Issues, Non-Working Jacuzzi

My family and two other families were excited to take our first trip since the pandemic. Unfortunately the experience was well below our expectations. First, the majority of us were attacked by bugs. We don't know if the bugs were bed bugs, fleas or mosquitos, but regardless, not a fun way to vacation. Second, of the 9 beds in the house, 5 of them were in two rooms that did not have air conditioning. After complaining to the owner, he had a portable air conditioning unit put in, which helped for 3 of the beds, but still left two beds without air conditioning. Third, we were excited about taking a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi had no power, and it took until the second to last night of our trip to get power to the jacuzzi. Fourth, the front gate doesn't lock, which led to a humongous German Shepard wondering onto the property throughout our trip. This was a real issue, as some of the kids were terrified. Fifth, the photos on VRBO paint a very different picture than what the house actually looks like. The photos make everything look like new, and unfortunately the house is run-down. The jungle gym, trampoline, cornhole game, ping-pong table, etc. are old and warn out. The water slide has some cracked concrete that leads to scraped body parts and there were a number of leaks throughout the house. I communicated with the owner about the issues, and he acted like he was willing to consider a partial refund. When I requested a partial refund he disappeared. I have written him 3-4 times over the past 18 days and he is now completely ignoring me.

Weekend Getaway

Very beautiful property with an amazing view. It has everything you could want for family fun. Awesome slide and pool. The huge inflatable screen and projector make for an awesome family movie night by the fire. 🤙🏻🍻
