Un des TROIS chalets disponibles (VRBO # 501808, # 621877 et 827904), POUR PLUS DE RÉSERVATIONS (28 nuits +) VEUILLEZ ENVOYER UN MESSAGE POUR LES TARIFS. Fourplex au rez-de-chaussée, Votre résidence privée comprend, WIFI, votre propre cour arrière clôturée et privée, magnifiquement aménagée avec un jardin / salle à manger nouvellement pavé et un hamac / barbecue au charbon de bois. Deux chambres privées, maître avec hébergement avec lit King et TV HD, la deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux (plus gigogne gigogne) avec TV HD 32 'et canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon si nécessaire. Tous les téléviseurs HD incluent un câble de base et un abonnement Roku avec Netflix. Great location.

The only 2 negatives about my stay was the sprinkler turning on when I was loading my car, and the air deodorizer was overwhelming, I had to move them to the back porch.Better instructions for the TV would help us senior citizens.

Loved this place!

This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!

Great location, walkable to lots of eats and 2 blocks from the beach sand. The added beach provided accessories where great too. Will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to people. Quick & good communication with host when needed made things that much easier as well.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved this cute cottage! It had everything we needed for the beach, which was only a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. This vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

Grandkid trip

Three days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants! Debra was an amazing host!

Great location and beautiful cottage!

Loved the Cocoa Beach cottage! Beautifully maintained. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even a cart to carry everything to the beach were provided. Fantastic location close to beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. Loved the front porch and the back patio. So much better than staying in a high rise. Hope to stay again sometime.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage in Cocoa Beach. The accomodations were comfortable with a fun beach cottage feel. Having a private back yard with garden furniture was a huge bonus. The smells of the blooming plants and the sound of the birds made it very special. Being so close to the beach meant we could go at our whim. Town was great fun with restaurants, shops and music. The owner and caretakers were very kind and helpful. This was a perfect place for us.

What a Gem!

The beach cottage furnishings are very charming and luxurious, and the the provided amenities were such a treat. Both made our stay extra special. We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.

Thanksgiving holiday

Overall this is a great property to stay if you have a pet. Bed was very comfortable and the property is private. Small but cozy and very cute place. They had snacks for us and dog bowls to use. close to beach and great restaurants across the street. Could use a deep cleaning on floors. And disinfecting to get pet smell out. But would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic place, great location

My two adult daughters and I spent several days in this cottage and also several days in the cottage next door. Both places were lovely and very clean. Debra was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We had to extend our stay, hence the moving cottages, and she made it very easy for us to shift from one place to the next. The onsite managers were great - they even moved all our food + luggage from one cottage to the other one while we were out sightseeing! The location is great for walking to a number of restaurants as well as to the beach. We really appreciated the sun umbrella and beach chairs! We'd definitely stay there again if we're ever back at Cocoa Beach.

Perfect Vacation Cottage

My sister, cousin and I arrived to find a beach cottage beyond our expectations. We were greeted by Annette, she and her husband are the caretakers. The cottage was spotless, the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed, fresh linen and towels, beach supplies and a cozy fenced back yard with grill for our enjoyment. It is walking distance from the beach and the village. We enjoyed lazy mornings at the beach and grilled our supper on the grill. Could not ask for more. Thank you Annette for making us welcome and the mango tree was an added perk. We will return many times.

While our family has owned this property for years, we have enjoyed recently renovating this cottage as a vacation rental. I have lived in Cocoa Beach most of my life, both my daughters and I graduated from Cocoa Beach High school (now we have a Seminole in the family!) and we have enjoyed every minute of our laidback lifestyle!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose to renovate this property and turn it into a vacation rental as the location is spectacular for our Cocoa Beach visitors. Downtown Cocoa Beach is full of excellent restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance from our cottage. The beach is right around the corner, with miles of white sand and smaller crowds, yet we are within walking distance to the best on the beach entertainment whenever the mood strikes you, or just take your shoes off and relax!
