The apartment has recently been refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh and modern design. It is perfect for 1 - 2 people and is located in a central yet quiet location, with many walking opportunities. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor (no elevator available).
This property offers contactless check-in. You will receive all the details after booking.
Parking in public spaces is free at all times. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and there is also a bike rental station just a few meters from the apartment.

After a restful night in the comfortable box-spring bed, which is already freshly made up, you can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or tea and enjoy it with the window open and a view of the greenery.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers the opportunity to prepare some of your favorite dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. We provide you with fresh, high-quality towels and a combination of shower gel and shampoo in the accommodation.
The building has a laundry room that is subject to communal use. The existing washing machines and dryers can also be used by you via a coin-operated machine. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact us and we will give you all further information. Please note that the laundry room is not under the responsibility of Andriss Apartments. A separate property management company is responsible for the functionality and all other conditions in the laundry room. Andriss Apartments accepts no liability for the use of the laundry room. The apartment also has a steamer with which you can easily steam-iron your laundry.
