Ocean Front Townhome - directement sur la plage

Ocean Fun t'attend! Entrez dans le sable du premier étage protégé par un porche.
Cette escapade sur la plage bien aménagée est baignée de lumière et légère, avec une atmosphère confortable et beaucoup d’intimité. Salon et salle à manger spacieux jouxtent les terrasses et les porches extérieurs. Allée menant directement à la plage. Beaucoup de rangement pour les vélos et les jouets de plage.
Il y a trois chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. 6 personnes
Il y a une grande douche extérieure sur le pont arrière et une cour privée pour se détendre ou faire des grillades.

Les chambres sont toutes situées au deuxième étage.
La chambre principale a un coin salon avec un très grand lit et un porche en bord de mer.
Il y a deux chambres plus petites, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec un lit gigogne qui s'ouvre pour devenir deux lits jumeaux.
Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, une avec une baignoire, au deuxième étage. Il y a une demi-salle de bain / salle d'eau supplémentaire au premier étage.

Lovely stay beautiful beach!

This was such a great place for families with little kids. The dunes created a natural fence and the beach has a lifeguard close by. It was well equipped for eating in and had beautiful views of sunrises!

Relaxing Beach Haven

Beautiful views from all 3 floors, great workspaces, and fully stocked with anything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation. Located right on a less crowded beach with easy access to both Rehoboth boardwalk and Dewey restaurants. Plenty of indoor living spaces and outdoor venues to accommodate family members and enjoy your vacation.

Perfect little Fall getaway

We stayed at this property over Halloween weekend because my 16 year old had some time off from school. We were joined by my 18 year old son and his girlfriend. The house was everything we could have asked for. It was comfortable with plenty of living spaces for all of us so we didn’t feel all stuck on top of each other. The ocean views from the two master bedrooms are amazing and the third bedroom has a commendable view of the beach and of Rehobeth as well. The fourth bedroom is comfortable but for sleeping only, tbh. Honestly, though, that top floor master studio suite was a stroke of design genius for this property and if (when) we stay there again, I foresee us fighting over it. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and could have walked to Rehobeth if we weren’t feeling lazy (we drove the five minutes to get there). I thought it might be too late in the season to see dolphins, but I saw some from my window on November 1st. I also saw a rabbit while I was rinsing sand off my feet and a big, beautiful, healthy looking fox capering in the dunes between the house and the beach as I looked from my balcony in the early morning. The TVs are well equipped. We were able to watch all the football we wanted and had access to streaming services. The kitchen is also well equipped. We wanted for nothing (although I refused to do any cooking with all of the seafood restaurants near by). This house is a compact little bit of heaven at the beach and we definitely want to stay there again.

Great House

This is a great oceanfront property with fantastic access to Rehoboth and Dewey - both walkable. House is very homey with plenty of room for everyone - and great ocean views! Would definitely stay here again. Denise was also very responsive to any questions I had.

Did not want to leave

This was a perfect beach property. It felt ‘beachy’, like a being on a ship. There was more than enough room for two couples and two singles. It was a working last week at the beach hurrah for our family with a daughter who was headed back overseas after a year and a half with us during Covid. It could not have been more perfect. You are right next to the path over the dune to the beautiful beach. I had not actually expected the beach to be ‘private’ or to think that it would make a big difference - but in the time of Covid and looking north and south to the crowds on Rehobeth and Dewey Beach, it was HUGE to have a considerably less busy beach right in front of us. There is nothing but the dune between you and the sea. We watched dolphins from the upstairs porches - the girls sunbathed on the sandy area right outside the back porch, while they also manned their computers and worked and others worked from the balconies and made calls from the little study area on the top floor. And as a work break we could walk the beach or take a dip. It could not have been more ideal and I wish I could lie and not tell you how much we loved it so that it wouldn’t be in such demand next year. You might spot the scratch marks on the door frame as my family dragged me out to go home.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We decided to celebrate this landmark anniversary at the beach with our family. All of us loved the house and its location. We found the photos and description very accurate. Owner was quick to respond with info and answers to questions. We have used VRBO at least ten times over the past years. I would give this experience our highest rating.

Yoga on the balcony while watching dolphins

Yes, that happened. More than one morning. This unit is plenty big for a large, multi-generational gathering of folks. Quick walk right out to the beach, lots of screen porches, view from 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. The cut-through path to the boardwalk is so nice for a quick walk into Rehobeth.

Incredible location and views!

The location is great! Being right on the beach was fantastic, and every floor has great views of the ocean. We really loved the screened in balcony off the master bedroom and the views from the 3rd floor were amazing. We will definitely go back!

Rehoboth Stay

Fantastic beach-front location between Rehoboth and Dewey. Wonderful views from the house. Small strip of private beach before public access, which is really nice for privacy and families with small children. Easy access to a less busy section of the beach. Easy to get to Rehoboth and Dewey.

Wonderful Stay!

If only we could have stayed longer! Love the location between the busier beach areas of Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Home was very comfortable, well appointed and owner was very responsive if we had a question. Views from 2nd and 3rd floors were fantastic. Would rent again for sure!

Best getaway ever!!

Everything was wonderful! Easy check-in, incredible views, everything you need in the kitchen is there, very clean. We want to make this our yearly place! ONLY thing I might add to the listing is that one of the bedrooms has no windows; that caught us a little off guard. We didn't need to use that bedroom, but if we had needed to, we're not sure who would have slept there because it felt a little too claustrophobic to all of us. MIght be a good room if you have kids with you. Otherwise, the place is awesome!

Birthday Stay

We had a great time! The house was exactly as pictured. Getting to the location is a little tricky because the streets and GPS aren't labeled well, but was still pretty simple. Also, bring your own linen, that was a bit confusing but the owner was able to answer my questions prior to leaving. The views are great and the house is comfortable. We had a day of cold and clouds but resting and napping in the house and on the decks was perfection. Enjoy your stay. We hope to return.

Perfect Location

Very convenient location between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Perfect in light of COVID concerns to avoid over crowded beaches. Third floor suite offers a fantastic view of the beach and is relatively new. First and second floor are in need of updating but we’re very comfortable.

A Gem!

Our family of four had a wonderful visit. Great location looking over quiet portion of beach yet easy walk to Rehoboth and Dewey. House has everything you need, updated appliances and comfortable beds. Hope to stay again!

Amazing property

This was an amazing property! The newly completed captains quarters (3rd floor) was fabulous with a great view of the ocean. Oceanfront property and walking distance (1 mile) to Rehobath Beach, Boardwalk, and all the shops and restaurants. WiFi was easy and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make our stay hassle free. Property manager was great to work with, as well. 5 stars all the way!

Best Beach Vacay!!!!

We absolutely loved this beach house! It was literally steps away from the beach! The house was sooooo charming! Very light and airy. Nicely styled and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc was very well stocked. The owner was great to work with. Looking forward to our stay next year! Highly recommend!

I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and attended Towson University and Johns Hopkins University. After a career in education, I moved to Rehoboth Beach and am now a Realtor with Long and Foster. I previously owned a bed and breakfast and several rental properties on Cape Cod. I have a lot of experience in the customer service industry and will do everything possible to make your stay an enjoyable one. I live five minutes from Sea Strand and can assist you with any needs you may have.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is perfect for people who like to spend their vacation watching the sun rise and the waves break, taking long walks on the beach and sitting on an oceanfront porch as long as you want to! The townhouse is extremely comfortable, and there are many amenities that make it stand out from other rentals in the area. This townhouse is an end unit providing maximum privacy and north, east and south oceanfront views, with three outside porches and an enclosed courtyard. The third floor bedroom suite, ensuite bathroom, and computer area were just completed in May 2020.

There is a sandy beach for children to play on right in front of the unit, and the mat-covered path to the ocean is steps away, making it easy to come in for lunch or nap time.

You will love all that this unit and location have to offer!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Step off the porch and onto the sand with your own beach to sit and play on right in front of your unit. If you want to head to a restaurant or bar there are dozens to choose from in Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Rehoboth's boardwalk has an amusement park and a game park. There is a water park only a mile away. Rehoboth Bay offers the chance to rent a boat, jetskis, kayaks and paddleboards!

Location is everything and you will have it. You can easily walk into either town or take the Jolly Trolley which stops at the end of the street and will take you into Rehoboth Beach and back, erasing your parking worries. Either way, you are close to restaurants, shopping, french fries, pizza, and ice cream!
