This holiday apartment was newly built in 2011 and is on the ground floor or first floor of the holiday house with a total of eight residential units. The apartments are right by the coastal forest.

The apartment has a south-facing terrace or balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (for bookings for at least three people), an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a freezer compartment and an oven. There is a daylight bathroom with a towel radiator, washing machine and dryer for a fee. A flatscreen TV with cable channels, an electric fireplace, a grill area by the house are all provided, along with a lockable bicycle shed, a reception and wireless Internet access in the common room by the reception. The terrace or balcony facing south has furniture and a parasol and affords a fantastic view of the forest, with sunshine much of the day.

There is a path through the dunes lined with trees leading to the sandy beach in about 10 minutes. As the steep coast starts here, you access the beach down natural steps. The beach has fine sand, is wide and sunny. All shopping facilities are within walking distance, as well as restaurants and bicycle hire.
