The award-winning Saar-Hunsrück-Steig trail leads approx. 1 kilometre past the house.

In front of the house is a cosy terrace with a table, 6 chairs and a large parasol. Behind the house is a large meadow with a seating area, sun loungers and a garden shed. Both the terrace and the lawn are equipped with a barbecue. The meadow is surrounded by a fence.
