The house is situated in a sunny, secluded location with unobstructed, marvellous views over the mountain landscape of the Bavarian Forest.
Directly next to the terrace with a seating area, deckchairs and parasol, there is an orchard with mature trees.
The ground floor flat has a separate entrance, is furnished to a high standard with attention to detail and a love of wood.
A large and cosy corner bench and a couch provide a comfortable end to your day.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring hob, a small oven, coffee machine, kettle and a full range of kitchen equipment.
In the bedroom there are 2 beds with good mattresses, a three-piece wardrobe, sideboard and two bedside cabinets. Shower/WC and hallway, as well as a paved driveway and a private car park at the house.
You have unlimited and free use of an external fitness oasis with a marvellous sauna area.
Very good restaurants in the neighbourhood will certainly contribute to a good stay in our house.

In three years and most recently in 2024, we have been awarded the Environmental Plaque in Gold by the Free State of Bavaria.

We have been very committed in this area for years. Our organic snack garden, which is also available to our guests, is an example of our environmentally friendly approach.
