Two enclosed modern villas, each with their own private illuminated swimming pool, set amid olive groves in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Adele

Built in 2013, the two bright and modern villas “Harmony” and “Nature” are set next to each other in a quiet residential area surrounded by olive groves. The three-storey 180 m² villas are equipped with high quality furnishings to accommodate six persons each.

The villas are only about 250m away from the traditional village of Adele, approx. 8km east of the town of Rethymon, an ideal location for exploring the island’s many sights and attractions. The area below the village of Adele is known as ‘Adelianos Kampos’, the flatland that lies between the sea and the village.

Adele village offers all the necessary amenities including a doctors surgery, supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher’s and various shops offering shoes, clothes, souvenirs, jewelry and Cretan organic food products and cosmetics made from local olives and herbs.

The villas are about 2.5km away from a long stretch of beach with golden sand and crystal clear waters. The beach boasts a scuba diving centre and you will also find various water sports on offer. The ground floor of the villa comprises a spacious living room with a fireplace, air conditioning and a big corner sofa, a dining room, and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate guest toilet and there is a bathroom with a shower. The rooms have modern furniture and indirect lighting. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200cm), while the third has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. The mattresses are natural products and can be used either way up. One side is natural latex, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep, while the other has memory foam. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The upper floor also has a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and relaxing, indirect lighting. A children’s bed can be provided on request.

In front of the living room there is a terrace with a table and six chairs, where you can relax and enjoy meals outdoors. One of the bedrooms also has a big terrace with a lovely view, with a modern, wooden pergola as shelter from the sun and with a relaxation lounger. The other two bedrooms have little balconies.
