Fairway Ridge est ultime de vacances de luxe Home Biwabik! Terminé en Août 2013, cette nouvelle marque de quatre chambres, trois bains lac devant la maison est finement ouvragé et conçu, offrant le meilleur de l'hébergement. Situé juste en face de Ridge Golf des Géants et la station de ski, Fairway Ridge offre des vues pittoresques sur les pistes éclairées en hiver et les eaux cristallines de Wynne lac en été.

A 3600 + pieds carrés, le plan d'étage spacieux, à aire ouverte est idéal pour les familles ou les grands groupes mais assez confortable pour un week-end couple romantique. Les derniers agréments abondent y compris les planchers de niveau principale chauffées, un cuisine gastronomique avec noueux aulne armoires, comptoirs en granit brésilien one-of-une sorte, une cuisinière à gaz et nouvelle batterie de cuisine. Dans la salle à manger d'un bar intégré abrite le verres à pied et double zoné réfrigérateur à vin, tandis que les Custom Built hauteur comptoir sièges de table à manger 8. Quatre haut-dessus des chaises supplémentaires au centre de l'île assurent de nombreux sièges pour toute la famille.

Des sièges confortables entoure la "cheminée à gaz allumé avec un sol en pierre pour entourer de plafond, d'un manteau de cèdre taillées à la main et 55" 42 smart TV LCD à écran plat. Construit en son surround, Wifi gratuit, Direct TV avec chaînes cinéma et musicales, un lecteur Blue Ray et un large choix de DVD vous invite à installer pour la soirée cinéma après une journée de randonnée, la natation, le vélo, le golf ou le ski. Superbe mur de 20 pieds de la grande salle des fenêtres et des accents uniques réel journaux, vous vous sentirez une partie de la nature, peu importe la météo.

L'étage principal Chambre à coucher principale comprend sa propre débrayage privée, lit king size, walk-in et salle de bain privée Master complète avec une grande baignoire de six pieds, double son / ses lavabos et une immense douche à l'italienne avec des pommes de douche multiples.

Les Vestiaires construits sur mesure pratique et une grande salle de lavage avec laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse se trouvent juste à côté du garage chauffé.

A l'étage le grenier lecture confortable avec vue sur la salle familiale offre une vue sur le lac et les pentes de ski et est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec un bon livre ou de se réunir avec votre équipage pour les jeux ou les cartes du Board. Deux chambres supérieures offrent chacune un lit queen avec une literie de luxe, des vues spectaculaires sur le lac et d'une haute définition téléviseur à écran plat avec Direct TV. La quatrième chambre (dortoir) a été construit avec les enfants à l'esprit, mais peut être parfait pour plusieurs adultes avec 3 lits pleine taille et 4 lits jumeaux, tous construits extra-longue pour accueillir même les plus grands clients. Ce dortoir est un grand film ou jeu refuge avec son TV et PlayStation 3 50 "à écran plat.

Une des plus belles caractéristiques de Fairway Ridge est la magnifique dalle sur la conception de qualité permettant un débrayage direct à l'immense patio en béton avec son ancienne bouilloire à sucre feu de camp, de nombreux sièges, un barbecue et une option pour le bois de chauffage approvisionné. 175 'de Wynne rives du lac et d'un dock flottant sont idéalement situées en face de la rampe de lancement public. Beautiful home!

This is a great house! There were 7 adults, 6 kids and 1 dog and it worked out perfectly. The kids played and watched movies in the bunk room and loved the great selection of movies. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed and more. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO houses around the world and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Great skiing at Giants Ridge and the Mesabi trail is near by. Hope to go back in the summer!

MAGIC.......

While some of the men went deer hunting, the rest of the family chose to live in utmost luxury at this property! It was spotless! It was beyond beautiful! Absolutely everything was top-notch -an alcove to enjoy with a cup of coffee and a good book, cozy blankets to snuggle with, beautiful appointments, kid space - gramma space, - it was, in a word, MAGICAL!

Perfect!

The house and furnishings were wonderful! We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and Christmas with our three children, their spouses, eight grandchildren (5 months - 9 years old) and one dog. The house and tree were beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bunk room was a big hit with the kids. We enjoyed playing games, watching Christmas movies, making cookies, bonfires, ice fishing, sliding, skiing, snow tubing, swimming at Giant's Ridge Lodge and taking walks to explore the beauty and tranquility this location offers. It was perfect!

Weekend get away

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for a long weekend in July and it couldn’t have been better. We rented ATVs from the owners and they had the machines on site, trailered and ready for us on arrival. It was absolutely hassle free. We spent two days exploring the great area trails and had a blast. The girls went to the spa at The Lodge and said it was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The house is definitely brand new top quality construction and furnishings are high end (my wife now wants to buy the Restoration Hardware bedroom set!). The owners left a great welcome book with ideas of things to do and favorite restaurants to visit. On their recommendation we visited Burntside Lodge in Ely for dinner (about 45 minutes away) and would definitely agree-it is a must. Thank you for offering five-star accomodations and fantastic service in such a great part of MN. We will be back for snowmobile season!

Luxury in the Wilderness

I hate to write a review as I can only imagine this place will book up fast; I'd like to keep it to myself! My husband, 2 year-old and I spent a very peaceful weekend in this gorgeous new Lake Home. If offered the tranquility of a deep woods lodge with the amenities of a 5-star resort. The cabin sits across from the ski hill (though no skiers in August!) - I can assume will provide fantastic views when we return in the winter! We swam right off our own private dock in a very quiet lake (very little boat traffic). The bike/nature trails were a great way to get some additional fresh air, when we tired of relaxing on the expansive patio. It's about 5-10 mn to the nearest town (Biwabik) which has plenty of small stores and shops; and there are restaurants and bars within the same distance. This area and home are untapped gems in Northern MN - Thank you for your hospitality! Sherri and Ben

Perfect get-away location!

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving weekend in this amazing house and couldn't have been happier. The house was impeccable with so many detailed touches, and the view out the floor-to-ceiling living room windows was absolutely breathtaking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our two kids (ages 3 and 7) were giddy with excitement upon seeing the bedroom with all the bunk beds. The adults were tempted to sleep in there too--such a unique space! We had everything we needed to make our turkey dinner and relax afterwards. Giant's Ridge Ski Resort is just a few minutes away (and you can see the slopes out the front window!), so we spent two days there skiing. We also had a great time traipsing around in the snow with the kids and building forts. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs, but this one takes the prize. Todd and Nancy's attention to detail is unsurpassed. (They even apologized that one of the remote controls required tape to hold the battery cover in place. The replacement had not yet arrived! We likely wouldn't have even noticed.) We definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Peaceful, Relaxing, & Luxurious

I have nothing but great things to say about this rental! Nancy is so easy to work with, very professional, and responds to all questions immediately. The house was beautiful and luxurious, and accommodated our family reunion perfectly. All 16 family members, varying in ages from 6 years to 70 years, had a great time and found ways to enjoy the vacation. I personally loved being able to enjoy the Mesabi Bike trail, loved taking our rented canoe out on the lake, and enjoyed curling up in a cozy chair by the fire to read a book. The large, modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare large dinners. There seriously wasn't ever a time where I wished they had something...they have thought of everything! The open layout is perfect for encouraging family time, but there's space enough to retreat to quiet areas as well if you need a break. The master bathroom is AMAZING! It's my dream to have one just like it someday! All the kids loved the bunk room (looks like a Dream Room straight from Pinterest!) and it made for great bonding between cousins who rarely get to spend time together. Tears were shed on the last day because no one wanted to leave! The lake is quiet and offers lots of privacy. While families were vacationing on either side of the house, we hardly saw or heard them while they were there. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and luxurious vacation, I highly recommend Fairway Ridge!

Perfection!

Our group of 15 (six adults and 9 kids) stayed over MEA weekend in this amazing and beautiful home. I don't even know where to start with this review. Everything was perfect!! Though we were a large group we never once felt crowded. The kids all slept in the awesome bunkroom (it's jaw-dropping and boy did we earn some "cool parent" points!) and still had plenty of room to play. The solid construction and floor plan made it possible for the adults to enjoy a few late nights in the great room playing games and listening to the awesome surround sound while the kids enjoyed their alone time or slept soundly in the bunk room. We couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear us. It was fantastic! The fire pit was a hug hit. We had a fire going all weekend and used the stocked wood provided (we left $50 for the wood we used - a bargain!). The kitchen was well-stocked with anything and everything you'll ever need. We cooked two large breakfasts and three huge dinners and never ran out of room. The development is beautiful with hiking/biking trails everywhere and even OHV/snowmobile trails nearby. Tons of stuff to do, all within about a 3.5 hour drive from the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. The owners, Nancy and Todd could not have been nicer or easier to work with. So quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We will, without a doubt, be back. We are already trying to find a date for skiing/snowmobiling and another trip next summer to enjoy the lake. If you're looking for a great house that accommodates a large group - don't hesitate to book this house.

Perfect for our Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our group of 14. With 7 adults and 7 children it is difficult to find a place that accommodates us all comfortably. This home was so spacious and comfortably furnished that we never felt crowded--even when we were all inside at the same time! The bunk room was perfect for the kids! Each of them had a comfortable bed, all in the same room, and they could all wind down together in the evenings with a movie or some video games. The property outside was even more beautiful than the pictures portray. We loved the patio with the fire pit, and enjoyed a bon fire every night we were there. The owners, Nancy and Todd, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! They were available to us the entire week and always responded immediately to us when we had questions. The lake was beautiful and having the pontoon and fishing boat was a big plus! There is a swimming beach not too far down on the lake that we took the kids to when they wanted to go swimming. Some of us used the trails for running and biking and they were absolutely gorgeous!!! We were there strictly to have family time together, so we didn't take advantage of the golf courses or restaurants that are in the area. Nancy recommended a caterer, "From the Farm Catering", and the food from there was outstanding! Yvette, cooked and brought our dinners to us 5 of the 7 nights we were there and everything was delicious!!! She also brought us breakfast items and some lunch and snack items with our dinners to use the next day. I think we will use her 7 out of 7 nights next time, if she's available!!! Overall, our stay was outstanding! Our family is scattered all over the country, and the opportunity to have them all together in one place for a week is so special! This vacation rental exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone!

Great For an Extended Family Retreat

This was the second time staying on this lake and was a fabulous upgrade! From the very first communication with the owner, Nancy, we were taken care of with all of our questions. We found the Bunkroom extremely useful with our group of rowdy boys. Also, the amenities outside were more than ample to satisfy the most adventurist of the group. The firepit was a huge draw every night, and the dock was a great platform for all of our water activities. We rented a pontoon and transported it to the lake to give us lots of time exploring and fishing. The property was very quiet to provide the best relaxation possible. Wynne Lake has so much to offer with the ski hill, trails for days, and of course the fishing. We had very good luck this trip and all of the boys caught many fish. It will be hard not to pick this location again next time and we look forward to working with Nancy and her fantastic home again soon.

The beautiful property was exactly as shown and expected for our stay. Very accommodating and owners communication is great. We had fun snowmobiling right from the backyard to the trails and even enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard. Giants Ridge for skiiing was right across the lake and a few minutes drive away. Location is great for those activities and i'm sure the Summer and Fall months have just as much for entertainment with off-road fun nearby. We would recommend this cabin property for a large group to spend quality time together!

We spent two straight years at Fairway Ridge for an annual golf getaway and the place is everything that is advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked and working with Nancy is a pleasure. The bunk room makes it great for either a good sized group of friends or two or three families getting together any time of year.

Perfect Family Getaway

Awesome property both inside and out; we wanted for nothing during our stay. The kids loved the bunk room and the parents enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms.

Growing up on the Iron Range gave me such a special appreciation of northeastern MN. To me 'the cabin' means a forest setting, rocks, pines, crisp clean waters. Todd had been to the area several times growing up and had also come to love the unique look and small town feel of this fabulous corner of the state. We currently live in the twin cities area but return to our favorite place every chance we have.

Todd and I love to golf and what better than to have three of the top courses in the state (The Quarry and The Legend at Giant's Ridge and The Wilderness at Fortune Bay), just minutes away. The beauty of spring and fall hikes, biking The Mesabi Trail, cruising the Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area on our ATVs, skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing Giant's Ridge or making use of the thousands of miles of groomed snowmobile trails... the options are endless. With fabulous fishing, amazing scenery and countless places to see and explore, we knew Voyageurs Retreat at Giant's Ridge was the perfect place for us to build our vacation home. We love every moment here spent with family and friends and we are thrilled to share this area with you and your loved ones.

Fairway Ridge was custom designed by Todd to be a family friendly vacation home that would be loved by all. One of our favorite features is the slab-on-grade design which allows for a direct walkout from the main level to the back patio. This walkout from the dining room and the home's open-concept floor plan make for a huge entertainment area that is exceptional for large gatherings and so convenient for even a party of 2. The bunk room is a kids paradise, the reading loft a perfect relaxation spot and the views simply stunning! This luxury lake home awaits you in one of the most beautiful places on earth- northeastern MN.
